Since starting my career in healthcare in August 2002 as an Administrator, I have progressed through a range of roles, becoming a Registered Manager in 2015 and later being promoted to Regional Director. This experience has given me a strong understanding of care home management, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, quality assurance and person-centred care.
Drawing from over 24 years of working in Health and Social Care, Joanne is deeply dedicated to Acacia Cares' vision.
