My mammy had spent her last years of dementia in Three Rivers Care Centre and I can honestly say that she was greatly cared for by all the staff that were involved in taking care of her. All her needs were seen to in a very dignified manner, right up to the day she passed away at the end of April 2021. The manner the staff carried out Mammy's last days was 100%. Throughout the covid pandemic, a member of the staff carried out video calls so that we could see and speak to Mammy, which we are more than grateful for. The staff went over and beyond their duties at such a very stressful and challenging time, owing to covid. Thank you, thank you for all your loving care towards Mammy.

I was provided with false and misleading information in relation to care. Basically, my mother was dehumanised. A hundred other things to say but this will suffice. A regretful episode for us.

We have very recently received a formal complaint from this lady and as a result our formal review process is already underway. We are disappointed that the review on Carehome.co.uk has been placed before the outcome of the formal complaints process is known. That said, this families concerns will be fully investigated and if remedial action is warranted we would implement such without delay. We remain an open and transparent organisation that seeks to provide high quality services for all of our residents. This complaint will be answered in full and with all findings of the investigation disclosed to all parties.
