I genuinely wouldn't want my mum anywhere else - the staff are absolutely fantastic and incredibly loving of my mum, welcoming her in like a family member. I never have to worry or wonder if she's ok when I'm not there, because I know they are all looking after her. The staff really do make Ty Cwm the great place it is. Ty Cwm also has fantastic facilities, is modern, and is always extremely clean. With each bedroom being spacious, fully kitted out, and en-suite, which is a lovely touch. Thank you toeveryone at Ty Cwm for looking after my mum so well, incredibly grateful.
