I am satisfied with the care and all you and the staff do. The staff are always pleasant. It's just that some of dads clothes have gone missing. I think dad gets all the care and support he needs. Thank you all for everything you do for him.

My mother who is 89, has dementia a pacemaker and is profoundly deaf stayed for a respite break. She was well cared for, well fed and when I collected her the staff all said goodbye and told me how much they had enjoyed her stay. I was touched by the caring and compassionate nature of the staff. When
I rang they advised me of additional medication needed gave me updates and allowed me to have a much needed break. The Manager was supportive and understanding and I cannot thank her enough for all her care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this Care Home.
