Hi, I’m Victoria. I have been working in care since the age of 18, starting my career as a Care Assistant. I hold both a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science, graduating with honours in both.

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care. I take great pride in my role and work with integrity, transparency and empathy to ensure those I support feel respected, understood and valued. Hello, I’m Neethu, the Clinical Deputy Manager. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in India and have gained international experience in my nursing career. I have been working in the UK as a General Nurse since 2015.

I have supported a wide range of complex services, including general nursing, mental health and dementia care. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality care and pride myself on being thorough, approachable and attentive to the needs of both residents and colleagues.

I also passionate about supporting and developing the nursing team, sharing my knowledge and experience to help others grow and maintain excellent standards of care.

Hi, I’m Ashanti. I’m originally from South Africa and moved to the UK when I was 12. I began working in care at just 16, and it quickly became a true passion of mine. I’ve always loved building meaningful relationships with residents and making a positive difference in their everyday lives.

Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience as a Senior Care Assistant, delivering high-quality, hands-on care, and also in HR as an HR Administrator, where I supported staff and recruitment processes.

As an Administrator in a care home, I’m especially passionate about person-centred care. I believe every individual deserves dignity, respect, and care that is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
