Michelle is our General Manager at Alice Court. She is a Registered Nurse with over 9 years of experience working in the NHS. Michelle has spent her nursing career working in various health settings in both Nursing Homes and the community, where she found her passion for Health and Social Care.


Michelle holds a Level 6 in Leadership and Management and has been awarded a Chartered Manager Award with the Chartered Management Institute.


Growing up in Scotland, Michelle began her career as a home helper when she was 16. Since moving to Brighton in 2002, Michelle has steadily progressed her career into management roles due to her strong leadership skills, person-centred approach and her commitment to quality, compassionate care.

Gemma Hirst

Gemma is our Customer Liaison Manager for Alice Court.


With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, developing mobility aids for wheelchair and scooter users, Gemma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.


Holding a Business and Marketing degree and a level 4 Management qualification, Gemma is excited to build on her community ties and show our wonderful new home, Alice Court, to the beautiful seaside town of Eastbourne.

Vicky is our Care Home Administrator at Alice Court. She has lived in Sussex all her life. She started her career in Hospitality, starting as a part-time receptionist and working her way up to Operations Manager for a large hotel chain.


In 2019, Vicky accepted a new role working in the healthcare sector as an Admin Manager and soon realised that her love of customer service was perfectly suited to supporting those in care, their families and the staff providing support.


Vicky prides herself on being friendly, approachable and always having a smile on her face. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
