Amberley Care Home is situated in the beautiful, historic of Sale, Manchester. Offering 72 en-suite bedrooms it is a private, luxury care home facility with premier accommodation many with views of the landscaped gardens, a cafe bar, library, fine dining, hair salon, cinema and much more to enjoy.

The home provides the highest possible standards of person-centred care to its residents, including Nursing, Dementia, Residential and Respite care. The team takes great pride in supporting each resident to enable them to live fulfilled lives. Residents are encouraged to keep active through the varied activities programme, which includes arts and crafts, gardening, entertainers visiting the home, pet therapy and trips out in the local community.

Dining times are a great sense of occasion with a variety of dining rooms available. The on-site chefs ensure nutritious and homemade meals are provided taking into account dietary requirements and personal preferences. The cafe bar is a great meeting point to enjoy a coffee and a slice of homemade cake.

My mum is relatively new resident at Amberley and is still settling in, but the experience so far has been really good. Compared to her previous home, Amberley feels like a five star hotel. There is always a warm welcome from the caring reception staff, the finance manager and team members from every
area of the home.
The manager has consistently been positive, interested, and genuinely welcoming. Everything I've requested for my mum - whether dietary adjustments, toileting support or aspects of her palliative care - has been listened to and acted upon. The nurses are easy to communicate with, and any concerns are dealt with promptly. The carers are kind and always willing to help when asked we feel very supported and reassured mum is in good hands at Amberley.

I have been impressed with the speed that Amberley were able to take in my mum, then later my dad. They have both settled well. The staff are attentive, friendly and caring. They take pride in making sure both mum and dad look smart and are well-presented. I feel that they are in very safe hands. Their
rooms are well decorated and have everything they need - they are well-maintained. Requests I have made for things to be put in place have been actioned promptly.
I would be happy to recommend Amberley to others.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Admission process was straight forward and accommodating. The home is warm, well decorated and clean.
Mum seems happy and has quickly learned somewhat of a routine.

From the moment I arrive at the home, I am always greeted with genuine warmth. The management team are incredibly approachable, friendly and clearly dedicated to creating a positive atmosphere for both residents and visitors. The home itself feels cosy and beautifully maintained, with an almost hotel-like
comfort that helps put families at ease.
The standard of care my mother receives is fantastic. Staff are attentive, compassionate and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure she feels safe and supported. The meals provided are consistently well presented and look very appetising, which has been a real positive for her.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the care and environment offered, and I feel reassured knowing my mother is in such a welcoming and professional setting.

Amberley Staff, from the manager, to the carers, maintenance, kitchen, laundry and reception have been exceptional. Everyone cares, have time, and nothing is too much trouble. The best care home in the area by some distance. Staff are kind, considerate, professional, attentive. Facilities are modern and any requests are promptly actioned. The care home make a wonderful effort to foster a community and engage service users and carers to deliver whatever is needed to support
the best possible standard of care. As the son of a fairly new service users I couldn't be happier with my choice and would highly recommend to others requiring such support.

One of the best homes in the area the staff are all friendly and very helpful. The management team are awesome and are very open to stuff.

It is a pleasure to visit my Mother in Amberley and see first hand that her severe physical and mental needs are been handled efficiently, kindly and with dignity. I am always made welcome by the staff on duty. I love the inclusivity of the events so that even the most disabled can feel part of things.
Highlight of the week is the Music Therapy session, absolutely awesome to witness the effect of music on dementia patients like my Mum.

The staff and management of Amberley Care Home are amazing. They are fantastic with my mum and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent medical backup with Dr Clark GP
Weekly and very thoroughl Weekly GP rounds.
As I'm a retired GP etc I couldn't be happier.
The care staff know your relative well.
Very supportive of relatives worries too.

The staff are really caring and try hard each day to help residents. Room cleanliness (carpets mainly) could be improved as could keeping a track of residents' clothes and belongings. Aside from these issues, we are pleased with the level of care and support provided to our mother.

Mum seems very happy at Amberley Care Home. She is understood by the staff who in my opinion do an amazing job in caring for Mum's needs, day-to-day and long-term. My mum is very well cared for here at the Amberley Care Home. She is always treated with dignity and respect. The staff are very patient with her when she is not cooperating with them. I have complete peace of mind knowing how well cared for she is. The staff at the Amberley are absolute angels, always
so cheerful and loving towards all the residents. I always feel so welcome by everyone each time I visit Mum.

The care shown to Mum is consistently of a high standard. She is comfortable, well cared for and most importantly happy. The communication we receive from staff is always welcome and we are updated regularly on Mum's well-being and progress. As relatives/visitors we always feel at ease and that we are

The best decision we have ever made. Mum has improved both physically and mentally, no longer living a lonely existence at her home. She is thriving and has an active social life, gained friends and is even gardening. The manager and care staff are exceptional. The home is decorated beautifully and
we would highly recommend a move here.
