All the staff are helpful and friendly, the carers especially the young girls (but everyone is excellent) have such patience with my mother managing her to get up, encouraging her to go into the dining room.

Have always had a friendly, efficient welcome. All the staff are professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I feel that my mum is in a safe, warm, and relaxing environment and is having her individual needs met.

The level of care has been very good. The girls and boys/staff couldn't do enough for her. Communication has been good and regular visits allowed. Upon leaving, they helped to pack up and encourage my grandma whilst she felt nervous.

My mum has been there for a few months now and at first, she kept asking when am I going home, but now my mum says Amberley House is her home. She's happy, content, and feels safe. She gets 3 good nutritious meals a day. Carers are all lovely and caring and look after residents with care and love. The
manager is helpful, polite, and caring to both residents and family. The office staff are wonderful. Highly recommended. I wouldn't want my mum to be anywhere else, I know she's being taken care of 24/7, is fed well, and is safe. Most of all my mum's happy and settled with the help of Amberley House.

The care and support my grandmother has received from Amberley Care Home has been faultless. I have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. She is encouraged to eat and drink and when she has needed medical assistance Amberley have taken the appropriate action. We have always been kept well informed.

I honestly cannot recommend this care home enough. My dad was transferred from Wales nearing end of life following a rapid decline, and I can honestly say that the standard of care here is truly excellent. Every single member of the team is so caring, empathetic and understanding. My dad is treated
with dignity and respect and I’m extremely grateful that he is at Amberley. All the team are just so nice and nothing is too much for them. Thanks to the manager and the team for making such an unbearable time a little more bearable and for everything you are doing.

Amberley Care Home are a compassionate and supportive team to both residents and family. My mother had a short stay due to passing. In her final days, she was provided with the highest standards of care at all times. As a relative, I experienced kindness and support in a welcoming, luxury environment.

From beginning to end of my mother's life, everyone in the complex was outstanding, thoughtful, considerate and very compassionate towards my mother, myself and my sister. We could not have wished my mother to be in any other nursing home environment than at Amberley! Absolutely beautiful building from
the minute you step inside the main reception to leaving.

I cannot thank the whole team at Sale Amberley Care Home enough for the outstanding care and love and genuine affection for my mother during her final weeks. I was given the opportunity to live in the home for over a week and was able to see first hand these wonderful people caring for my mother. Thank

In my experience of care homes, I have never come across such a dedicated team of genuine, lovely people who go above and beyond to care for their residents. My poor Mum had a terrible last three months of life being passed from pillar to post but thankfully ended up in Amberley Care Home in Sale. Wow,
what a team - the staff just seemed like one, big, happy family and the nurse looking after Mum, truly was an angel. Mum was really poorly and on my first visit, I had to talk to her through a window. I asked Mum how she was (perhaps a silly question) and she said she was being cared for so well - even in her dying state she knew. I cannot thank all of them enough and wish I'd found you three years ago - you are an amazing example to the world of care homes. Thank you.

First, I must say a huge thank you to all the staff who cared for my father. He settled in very quickly as a dementia patient, and we had no issues. The improvements were so great in my father, and the care and attention was 100%. Our family wish to express the greatest thanks, and we couldn't have

Have been visiting Dad for four months now, and the staff are so helpful. My dad, apart from wanting to be with his wife, is very happy here. I would certainly recommend Amberley to anybody who is used to living in immaculate, happy surroundings.

As a family, we are all delighted with the care our sister has received since moving to Amberley in April. The staff and management are all fabulous. They all show care, compassion and empathy at all times. Nothing is too much trouble if our sister requires anything. There is always a lovely feeling
of fun and good spirit throughout Amberley. This is so important to our sister who absolutely loves living at Amberley. I would highly recommend Amberley if you are looking for a care home.

From the moment our sister arrived at Amberley we knew it was the right place for her. The care that was taken to settle her in was exceptional. Most of all, it is continuing as she is treated with kindness and dignity always. Management keeps us informed and updated and all staff, admin and nursing,
genuinely are compassionate and seem to enjoy their roles. My sister enjoys the varied activities and the beautiful garden. She raves about the variety and quality of the food and has put on some much-needed weight. A huge thank you to Amberley and the remarkable staff.

I’m afraid I would not recommend this home due to the Care Home Manager. I don’t think it’s appropriate to go into details suffice it to say that our concerns are being pursued separately.


The home is new and the rest of the staff are lovely.
