I started my career in the UK in 1999 as a Staff Nurse, progressed to Unit Lead, and have been working as a Deputy Manager since 2005. I am deeply passionate about providing high standards of care and service while supporting and mentoring other team members so we can continually improve the quality of care we provide. I strongly believe in delivering holistic, person-centred care that respects each resident’s individuality and dignity.
I am an experienced Office Manager with over six years of experience in a care setting, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the service. My background in HR and payroll has given me strong organisational and communication skills. I find my role highly rewarding, as everything we do ultimately supports and enhances the well-being of our residents.
