Gemma has worked in the care sector since the age of 19, beginning her career as a Care Assistant and progressing through a range of roles to achieve her ambition of becoming a Registered Manager.

Gemma holds a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and has additional experience as a trainer in moving and handling, mental capacity, care planning, and the administration of medication.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, including the past five years within the healthcare sector, Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to her role. Her background enables her to support residents and their families with confidence, understanding, and a genuinely person-centred approach.
