Overall Experience

From the moment we first contacted Archbridge we have only ever met with kindness and caring by the staff. My husband found adjusting difficult to begin with but patience and care ensured he settled after a very short time. I am relieved to know that he is safe and well looked after. He loves the well cooked food and his appetite has improved. all the rooms for residents are roomy and kept spotlessly clean. There are daily activities which means he no longer falls asleep through boredom. Archbridge is well managed and residents and family are listened to.

Overall Experience

Choosing a care home is never easy, but placing my father in Archbridge Manor has been the best decision for our entire family. The level of care he receives has completely removed the strain and worry we were under. The staff are incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive to all of his daily needs. His room is always clean, the meals are excellent, and the environment is safe and welcoming. Knowing he is in such safe and capable hands has given us our peace of mind back. We can now focus on enjoying our quality time with him during visits. We are deeply grateful to the whole team.

Very, very prepared for its recent opening, and what a lovely feeling here. My husband has just gone in and I already feel as cared for as he is. The initial assessment of his needs has been thorough and the speed in which things are being put in place is phenomenal. All of the staff have been so welcoming and amazing. A care home but I would already say 'our home'. Thank you Archbridge Manor, and good luck for the future.

The welcome was professional, warm, friendly and above and beyond our expectations. We were so impressed at how well Rosemary is being looked after. Great setting with a great team of staff whom seem dedicated to providing top class service & care.
I felt communication was excellent from the start of our journey & throughout.

Despite challenging behaviour from my grandmother, staff never acted anything other than proffessional, kind & empathetic.
