Overall Experience

So very pleased to have found this wonderful care home for my husband who has dementia. The staff are so very kind and caring and treat everyone with love and respect. All the staff from those in charge to the cleaning staff are always helpful and friendly, nothing is too much to ask of them. It is a clean, bright and tastefully decorated home with a cheerful feeling. There is a schedule of engaging activities in the lounge and the beautiful garden and conservatory. It is always a pleasure to visit and spend time there with my husband.

Overall Experience
My husband was initially booked for respite care so I could attend hospital appointments. His condition deteriorated to the extent that it is beyond the care I can give at home.

His care and personal support at Ashton Grange are outstanding. Every carer and staff are exceptional and so welcoming to visitors and his family. I would definitely recommend this home. As a family, all we can say is a big thank you.

Overall Experience

Dad arrived at Aston Grange on January 26 after an assessment from hospital. He was greeted with warmth and given so much encouragement to help him settle. Yamine and her team have given father his life and dignity back. There is so much attention paid to him, the food is great, the facilities are amazing and above all, I can relax knowing he is in very safe hands. I can highly recommend Aston Grange Nursing Home. Thank you.

Review from L B (Relative of Resident) published on 7 January 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Very anxious about the move from live-in home care to the nursing home, particularly as relative lives with advanced dementia and can be agitated and restless much of the time. I have found the home manager to be really supportive.

Staff have been amazing with relative, very patient and encouraging and he seems to be settling into the different environment which has certainly enabled me to have peace of mind.

The most amazing care home! My dad is like a different man since being there. After a truly awful experience at his previous care home, the care he has received at Aston Grange is incredible. The staff (particularly Thinisha) are wonderful and treat my dad with respect, care, dignity and compassion. I could not ask for more. I can not praise Aston Grange highly enough.
