Overall Experience

My daughter had a late diagnosis of Aspergers at 13. Ten years on, my daughter finds herself in Beech house, Sully. A delightful setting which is tailored for her needs. The management listen to my concerns as I needed to flag up a medical issue which I was not aware of prior to placement. Arrangements were made in a satisfactory timescale for my daughter to be seen by a Private Consultant. Staff attended with my daughter and a proper assessment was carried out. The medical issue had not been flagged in the referral as my daughter had been a long term inpatient at a hospital where the focus was on psychological well-being. My daughter has her "own" space which she has not had since leaving home at 13. She is very settled, and feels safe and secure in her own home. I am very pleased with the progress she is making after several painstaking years and hopefully she can start enjoying life again.
