My mother has been a resident at Bingley Care Home for the past year, and during this time the care she has received has been exceptional. She lives with dementia and can often be confused, but the staff at Stoney Ridge, Bingley have been truly amazing in the way they support her. They are consistently
patient, compassionate, and genuinely affectionate in their approach, which gives our family great reassurance.
We are particularly grateful to Kirsty and Charles, who have repeatedly gone above and beyond in their care. They are always professional, sensitive, and wonderfully kind, and their dedication has made a real difference to my mother's wellbeing. We cannot thank them-and the wider team-enough for everything they do

Bingley Park is an outstanding care home that I can highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect home from home for a loved one. It is a beautiful purpose built residence surrounded by a garden and trees and the decor is superb. The staff are the kindest, most caring and hardworking people you
could wish for, they make the whole ethos happy and very friendly to all. My mother is extremely happy there, where she is looked after with love and attention to her needs. My mother's room is spacious and beautifully designed. This room is private which is so important to her. This is an excellent example how everything is considered in a respectful way to make the resident feel safe and have a sense of privacy, too. I thank each and every one for their support and care.

Bingley Park is a wonderful Care Home. The building has a very contemporary feel, with modern decor and is very light and airy. It is always spotlessly clean.
The staff are kind, professional and always treat the residents with dignity. They go above and beyond to support the residents and their families.
I would highly recommend the home.

This care home is amazing and the staff are all so lovely and caring. They go above and beyond in caring for my father and they are so welcoming to all of his family. They recently hosted a party for my father 90th birthday and they decorated the garden room and welcomed all the family in. I cannot
recommend this care home enough. If you want your loved one to be well taken care of this is the place. They treat my father with respect and they are all wonderful

What a happy place this is. Staff so cheerful and welcoming. The residents are all well looked after and never ignored or just left to their own devices.
The Home itself is brand new so everywhere is in mint condition but very clean and well presented.
Can't find any faults at all :)

My family and I are truly delighted with the warm, considerate care our mother receives at Bingley Park. All the staff are kind, courteous and proactive, in fact MORE than willing to help promptly with ANYthing we request or that they discern may be of benefit to mum! We value the fact that every effort
is put into encouraging residents to participate in the many activities and the smiles and genuine interest of the staff 'abound' throughout the day - right up to bedtime - something SO valuable to ones who yearn to feel they 'belong'! It really is a DELIGHT to visit such a welcoming, happy home!

All the staff were extremely helpful + caring. A family atmosphere always. All rooms are immaculately clean. A wonderful variety of activities which are different every week. I cannot find a fault with anything. Its peace of mind to know your loved one is safe and happy. Really well cared for. I cannot

My wife has spent 2 weeks at Bingley Park so that I could have respite. She was very well cared for, particularly as she has dementia and is often very uncooperative. The staff were always very kind and helpful even under some very trying circumstances.
Since that time my wife has been back for a further
2 weeks in February and has received a further free week which was much appreciated.
So full marks to all at Bingley Park.

Bingley Park Care home is beautiful, clean, staff are really nice very helpful & friendly all the managers are really good too Mum needed a special matress which was supplied quickly, food is fab, so is maintenance.

So impressed with service and care offered by all staff, all residents are always happy and content x
Staff are polite friendly professional
Always lots of entertainment and engagement for the residents

From the first contact (when enquiring about the home), to my mother in law moving in, all the staff have been absolutely exceptional. From the care manager, admin staff, carers, catering and maintainance staff, the genuine compassion and love for my mother in law has been overwhelming.
She has settled
in so easily and we have had daily updates on her progress.
I cannot recommend Bingley Park and it's staff more highly. Thank you so much to all for eleviating our worries and giving the highest standard of care.

I am absolutely delighted my mum is a resident at Bingley Park Care Home. I have found the staff professional, caring and very welcoming, always happy to accommodate and help with any of my requests and keep me well informed and updated with my mum's wellbeing. Most importantly, my mum is happy, comfortable,

Martin Deakin

Job Title: Home Manager

Having qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1990, Martin has worked in the independent social care setting since 1992. Martin has been in management in some role or other since 1993, held a variety of roles from Home Manager to Operations Director and a brief spell as an owner-provider. Martin has a strong passion for Person Centred Care and especially appropriate Dementia Care for the Older Person. Martin believes great care is not about the building in which the care is provided but about the people who provide that care. Martin strives to ensure that all team members are managed in a way that brings out their qualities as exceptional carers and to remove any barriers that may prevent them from providing that care.
