Dad has been in Bingley Park now for just over a year on the 1st floor dementia unit. His stay has not been without challenges but we are getting there. Staff have come and gone but there are also staff who have been there from the beginning and I can not thank them enough for the care, support, kindness and dedication they have shown to both me and my father. Under the previous manager I had seen a decline in the home but since Vicky started there has been significant changes. Activities are now more or less daily. Staffing levels are up. The home itself and bedrooms are much cleaner. Laundry is improving too. The home is so warm and light with plenty of space and lovely decor. Gardens are so welcoming, spacious and lovely to sit in. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and I can not thank them enough. Well done Vicky you are doing an amazing job, getting the home back to where it was a year ago. And thank you to all you wonderful staff for looking after my father you do amazing

Bingley Park is an outstanding care home that I can highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect home from home for a loved one. It is a beautiful purpose built residence surrounded by a garden and trees and the decor is superb. The staff are the kindest, most caring and hardworking people you could wish for, they make the whole ethos happy and very friendly to all. My mother is extremely happy there, where she is looked after with love and attention to her needs. My mother's room is spacious and beautifully designed. This room is private which is so important to her. This is an excellent example how everything is considered in a respectful way to make the resident feel safe and have a sense of privacy, too. Martin has been in management in some role or other since 1993, held a variety of roles from Home Manager to Operations Director and a brief spell as an owner-provider. Martin has a strong passion for Person Centred Care and especially appropriate Dementia Care for the Older Person. Martin believes great care is not about the building in which the care is provided but about the people who provide that care.
