Whilst I was there I heard a saxophone
Very polite and friendly staff who were extremely attentive, maybe a little too many descending on me during my visit to ask me about my visit and friend!

Recently promoted to General Manager, Teresa brings extensive practical knowledge and a calm, supportive management style. She is passionate about guiding, developing, and motivating her team, ensuring carers feel empowered, valued, and fully equipped to provide the best possible support to residents. Her leadership is centred on fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment where both residents and staff can flourish.
Before moving to the UK, Teresa worked as a midwife in Poland for 14 years. This strong clinical foundation and medical expertise continue to shape and enhance her approach to exceptional care delivery today.
Khya brings 14 years of dedicated care experience to the team, including valuable time working in Australia and New Zealand. Her knowledge of complex care, combined with her calm and reassuring nature, makes a real difference to both residents and colleagues.
Khya is a true asset to the team, and her positive outlook—whether she’s enjoying the outdoors, reading, or walking her dog Reigan—shines through in the compassionate care she provides every day.
I am a compassionate and dedicated professional with experience in community care, administrative support, and team leadership. I live locally and am passionate about supporting families as they make important decisions about their loved ones moving into a home. With a background in elderly support, bereavement services, and coordinating placements, I bring empathy, clear communication, and strong organisational skills to this role.
I thrive in one-to-one interactions and enjoy building trust with the people I support, ensuring they feel listened to and cared for.
Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, going to the gym, and walking my dog — activities that keep me balanced, motivated, and full of energy to bring into my professional life.
I qualified as a Chef in 2002 at Richmond College in Southwest London and went on to work in private clubs and restaurants for a decade before establishing my own business.
My journey into the Healthcare catering industry began alongside my studies in Healthy Eating at Nescot College, where I developed a keen interest in creating balanced and enjoyable meals for all.
My dedication to my craft has been widely recognised, winning "Chef of the Year" in 2022 and the Great British Care Award "Chef/Cook of the Year" London Region Award in 2021. I believe that understanding residents' preferences is key to creating truly enjoyable meals, often taking the time to sit down with them over a cup of tea to learn about their favourite dishes and any special foods they might be missing.
I embrace coastal living and love incorporating fresh, seasonal ingredients into my menus.
