All the staff are very friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble in caring for residents. The home is clean, always a cleaner going around moping or sweeping. The staff are always engaging with residents keeping them amused with various activities. The food must be good as my uncle never has any problems with it.

Unfortunately, my father passed away on the 25th February at age 93.

The nursing staff and care team treated him with care, respected his dignity, and took care of him until the end. They looked after me as well, I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for Dad. Wonderful people. The changed and homely touches you introduced are great!

Can't praise the staff enough: kind and caring and adapting to Dad's whims. They show complete respect and consideration when addressing his personal hygiene. Remain calm when Dad displays challenging behaviour and is verbally aggressive. Friendly, welcoming, clean environment. Highly recommend.

My partner has been here since February 2023, and on the whole, has settled well. He has advanced dementia and faces considerable challenges. The care he has received has been exemplary. The staff are attentive and professional and carry out a very difficult job with patience and compassion. They deserve enormous respect and have my heartfelt thanks.

Lovely place! Rooms are nice and clean and the new conservatory is airy and spacious, giving the gents lots of space. Lots of activities, which is amazing to see. Really happy with the place. Staff and management are all warm and approachable, which makes all the difference.
