I began my career 2003 as a Carer, driven by a lifelong passion for supporting and caring for others. Over the years, I have been fortunate to progress through the organisation and gain experience across every level of care, a journey that has ultimately led me to my role as Home Manager.
Throughout my career, I have completed extensive management and leadership training, providing me with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead effectively while maintaining a strong focus on compassionate, person-centred care.
I am deeply committed to a holistic approach to care, recognising that every resident has their own unique life story, preferences, and needs. Ensuring these remain at the heart of everything we do is one of my greatest priorities.

I began my career in the Philippines after qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 1993. After moving to England in 2003, I worked as a Care Assistant before obtaining my UK nursing PIN and progressing through roles including Registered Nurse and Clinical Lead in 2026.
I am passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care and using my clinical expertise to support residents' health, wellbeing, and dignity. I particularly enjoy building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, while helping to develop and support care teams to provide outstanding care.
A career highlight was winning the Essex Care Sector Nurse of the Year Award in 2023, following a Nurse of the Year nomination in 2024. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, exploring international cuisines, watching films, and spending quality time with my family.
