Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased your comments about your experiences with our nursing, cleaning, catering, and reception teams, who work hard to deliver high standards of care. However, we were surprised and saddened by your comments about the Home Manager. While we take all concerns seriously, we must respectfully clarify that your remarks do not reflect his role accurately. He is present daily, actively engaged with residents and families, and has made numerous efforts to speak with you, even outside standard hours. Given the seriousness and inaccuracy of your claims, we have escalated this to carehome.co.uk as we believe the comments are not a fair reflection of the facts. We do understand how emotional and stressful care decisions can be and remain committed to listening and supporting families.
