Overall Experience

When I was looking for a home for my partner I looked at a few in the area and wasn't happy. I came to The Rhallt and was shown around so well and found the home to be far the best for my partner and found to be very warm and welcoming her care and general wellbeing has improved no end. I am completely satisfied and if I asked I would have no worry telling anyone there is no better home in the area.

From day one of care , starting at respite and carrying on for full resident for 18 months , until his passing , GRAPPENHALL Manor staff were excellent. His stay there was 5star rating in every aspect. Cleanliness, fun, food. In my Fathers words - I am really happy here, well fed, well cared for and safe. We are like a family.

Overall Experience

My mother was at Ruddington Manor for nearly 4 years she always received excellent care, all the staff are friendly and would always chat to her. There's a lot of activities which is good and Mum was able to recently see her great grandson taking part in a session with other children. In the last few months Mum was very poorly but she was made very comfortable. When she was very ill I received a phone call which meant I could be with her in her final hours. The care and compassion we received were excellent

Overall Experience

My grandad has been here for just over a month now and has settled in beautifully. He is cared for by the responsive, friendly staff and most importantly we know he is safe!! my grandad prefers to stay in his room and the staff see to his needs to make sure he is as settled and comfortable as possible and ensure his room is always clean and tidy to ensure he cannot trip on anything as he is blind. Thank you!

Overall Experience

When I visit my ex next door neighbour once a month I found the staff very kind and helpful the window in her room is always open so there is plenty of fresh air coming in from the sea I usually stay with her for about an hour and a half I leave her about five minutes before she has her midday meal she always seems to be very happy and contented she has a nice big bathroom in her room she always has plenty to drink

From when you arrive at reception you are greeted with a cheerful smile nothing is to much trouble for any member of staff who are all excellent with are kept informed on everything and my sister-in-law recieves the best care and we know she is in safe hands and so I would like to thank the manager and all the staff who we are so grateful to

My parents are both incredibly well cared for at Bradshaw Manor. They are treated with care and dignity. My Dad has been on a trip recently and this truly made his day! Thank you for being amazing!

Overall Experience

From my very first visit to look around Egerton Manor I have been very impressed. The standard of the buildings and garden is wonderful. Since my husband has become a resident his care has been exemplary. The staff without exception are empathetic to my husband and myself. They carry out his nursing needs with compassion and integrity. I would recommend Egerton Manor to others in my situation.

Back in June 2026 my Aunt has recently made her home at Egterton Manor and has settled very well within in this establishment. The Management team are supportive and welcoming, and the whole family as made the transition for my Aunt a very less stressful and upsetting procedure , and turned it into a positive experience for my Aunt and us as a family. Ghe home is spotlessly clean and the food and amenties are absolutley 5 star rating. Thanks so much Egerton Manorx

Overall Experience

My father was so well looked after during the almost 2 years he lived at Grappenhall Manor. He made the choice to stay there during a period of respite. He felt safe and supported and the staff showed him genuine affection. As a family we always felt welcome and were reassured that he was in the best place. The staff worked hard to ensure he was included in the excellent range of activities on offer, even when he was reluctant to move out of bed! My mother also spent a few precious weeks there with Dad before she died and everyone did their utmost to ensure they were able to spend as much time together as possible. Thank you to all the staff for caring for Mum and Dad when the family were no longer able to do so, it means so much.

I find all staff to be very warm, welcoming, professional and helpful from the moment I arrive to leaving.
All display genuine warmness towards the residents and are very person centred.
Activities are regular and varied, providing stimulation and entertainment to residents.

My nan has recently moved into Hilton House. From the minute we arrived we was greeted by kind smiling faces. The whole team not only supports Nan but our family too. Nan is treated with dignity and respect. She really enjoys the activities and says the food is served hot and very good quality. and just recently she too enjoyed the World Cup activities. I would recommend this home

My father stayed at Uplands Manor carehome for 2 weeks respite, and we were so impressed. The staff were kind, attentive, and kept us well informed. The home was clean and had a warm atmosphere. We felt he was in excellent hands, and were so grateful for the care he received. I highly recommend it. I'm sure before to long he will become a resident.

My mam has settled amazingly into Bradshaw after a really unsettled time at home. The nursing staff are competent caring and keep us informed of all appointments.
We can't fault Bradshaw Mam for the first time in a long time appears happy in her confused state.

We really feel like we made the right choice for her Laira an Nicky are simply lovely

Staff are friendly, approachable, always answer questions, always inform me if there has been doctors (by senior) visits or any health changes. Care staff look after mum well, room is always clean & tidy. Mum is always clean & well presented.

Management are readily available if needed.
