I would like to pass on my thanks to all the team at Wilmslow Manor for their loving care of my mother who has just become a permanent resident. Every member of staff greats you with a smile and a good morning/afternoon. Nothing is too much trouble. The carers and nursing staff are very gentle with

Cannot fault Wilmslow Manor Care Home. Everybody from the manager down are wonderful, kind, pleasant to deal with nothing is too much trouble.The premises are always clean, and pleasant to come in to, there is never any unpleasant smells. My husband is very fortunate to be in such a nice, well run care
home. Not all care homes in this area have these standards.

Eden Manor provided excellent care for my dear mother in law during her 26 month stay prior to her death
The environment , the facilities and the approach to care was outstanding the staff treated us all with dignity and love and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect home from home setting

have two losses to deal with now - our dear Laura and our Eden Manor family who will remain dear to our hearts

We visited our sister in law today and had lunch with her.
The care was exceptional. We loved the calm, peaceful atmosphere, and the attention that was given to each resident was wonderful to see. My sister-in-law has improved remarkably since returning from the hospital following a stroke. The staff
were fully aware of her care plan and were clearly helping her to regain her skills. The lunch was well presented and tasty. We are so grateful to all the staff for their dedication and exceptional skills.

Our mother was admitted on the 18th December, on end of life care.
She stayed with us until the 2nd March when she passed peacefully.
The care and attention from the whole team in the time she was there was nothing short of exceptional. We thank everyone for everything they did for her and us when
we visited, which was very frequently.

My father came to fairfax manor in about october 2024 and stayed until he peacefully passed away in march 2026.from his 1st day there he recieved the best care possible from the wonderful staff.they really do care so much and they looked after him impecably.i cannot thank fairfax enough for making my
fathers final months so nice and comfortable.i would recomment this home above all others in harrogate anytime.thankyou.

My Mother has dementia but is a very fit and active 82 year old. I love that Mum does the daily activities, sometimes twice a day. The staff are amazing, very patient and caring, the facilities are really top notch. So much so that Mum thinks she is staying in a hotel. I can't thank the team at Fairfax
Manor enough, it has given me so much peace of mind, knowing that Mum is thriving in this environment.

My grandad Donald lived at Fairfax Manor for the last couple of years of his 99 years and 8 months. The care he received whilst there was amazing. Staff were caring, understanding, always ready to help, and always with a smile. And the buildings and grounds are immaculate. Grandad felt very comfortable
and I, and my family, felt reassured that he was in safe and loving hands. I can't fault Fairfax Manor in any way.

From the moment my Mum arrived, she was treated with genuine care, dignity, and compassion. Knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared about her as a person brought me real comfort during the hardest time of my life.


The team didn't just look after my Mum, they made myself and the whole family

Eden Manor has proved to be the most caring and perfect place for my mother in law to end her days, after her 2 plus years stay. The staff are incredibly supportive and caring, upbeat and fun, providing lots of entertainment along the way, keeping her going. Each and every carer seemed to form a genuine
connection. Food and treats were enjoyed greatly along with a trip to the hairdressers or nails polished. Beautifully decorated building, fresh and spacious with all mod cons but homely feel making the stay so comfortable at her most challenging time. Chances' Park on the doorstep made for some lovely green air space outdoor outings which she enjoyed.
