Overall Experience

My mum came here after being in a previous care home and the difference is like night and day . This home is amazing from the facilities to the staff .
They are all so caring and kind and nothing is too much trouble .all my mums care needs are catered for and she is so happy here and feels safe.
The

food is amazing nutritious and freshly cooked.
I can't recommend upland manor enough I go home feeling assured my mum is well taken care of

Overall Experience

Although my sister has only been a resident at regency carehome for a number of weeks. The care my sister is receiving is absolutely second to none. The relief that this has brought to our family knowing that our sister is settled and comfortable is a great weight lifted of our shoulders. The home is

kept to an immaculate condition. The staff are always going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this home to any family looking for there family to stay.

Overall Experience

Regency provided excellent end of life palliative care to my wife Fiona throughout November and December 2025 .
The staff were all professional,caring,friendly and looked after both of us in a really nice and effective way.
The nursing staff were all dedicated,hard working and responded swiftly to

every issue and need.
The whole team provided a dignified and pain free situation at the end of her life.
The home has a nice atmosphere overall. Greeted in a nice way at all times by all staff. Clean ,welcoming and safe.
They did a great job.

Overall Experience

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this care home and the incredible care they provide to my friend. From the moment you walk through the door, it's clear that this is a place where people genuinely matter. The staff are not only highly professional and attentive, but also exceptionally kind,

patient, and compassionate in everything they do. I can say that Harley is fantastic has a positive attitude and is approachable. Sharon too. All the staff are fantastic.

Overall Experience

Mum moved into Upland Manor after suffering several falls due to her vascular dementia
Her health deteriorated after spending three weeks in hospital and we were very concerned about her recovery
Upland Manor was the home we chose after extensive reviewing of lots of homes
Within a few days of

being at UM we saw improvements in both her physical and mental health
The home is luxurious and extremely well equipped to deal with elderly residents but it is the staff that makes the place stand head and shoulders above everything else we viewed
Mums care was exemplary from day one
The staff could not do enough to make her feel safe welcome and at home
This was not just a front because we were there but something they did normally as we all noticed the care they were showing to other residents whom family were not present
As a family we can not recommend Upland Manor enough
Placing someone you love into residential care is never easy but we all feel that mum is in a wonderful home

Overall Experience

Carers are excellent and really know the residents and their needs. They treat mum with dignity and respect and will go the extra mile if theire is anything she needs. Great having regular teams and staffing. Recently the activities have a programme, which is more varied and it is good there is something

on every day.
Management are not always on site which would be useful to support staff if needed. Communication could be improved eg: wasn't told about flu injection.

Overall Experience

My dad has been in the Regency Care Cente, Whitefield , Manchester for the last 14 months after a major stroke. The incredible unwavering care, compassion, and professionalism of the whole team is outstanding.
Watching a loved one go through such a life-changing event, is never easy, but knowing

that he is in the hands of such capable, kind, and attentive people, has brought our family immense comfort. From the leadership team, down to each nurse, caregiver, and support staff member their dedication is outstanding. They treat my dad with dignity, patience, and genuine warmth, and that means the world to us. It is not just the medical care that we appreciate, though that is outstanding - it is the small things too: the gentle encouragement, the friendly conversations, the personal touches and smiles that show they truly care about his wellbeing as a person, not just a patient. These gestures make all the difference and we are extremely grateful and happy with his care

What an absolutely amazing care home. Not only is the decor and food 5* the staff are also 5* they really do care and look after the residents like they are their own family members.
