My nan (Mary) moved into Ashlands Manor in January 2025 and sadly passed away last week. As a family, we are incredibly grateful for the care, kindness and support she received throughout her time there. The staff were always compassionate, attentive and treated her with dignity and respect. Every member of the team played a part in making her time there so positive, and we can't thank them enough. What stood out most was the effort made to ensure residents enjoyed life. There was a great range of activities and regular days out, giving residents plenty of opportunities to socialise and have fun. My nan made some wonderful friends at Ashlands Manor and always had company around her, which meant so much to her. Knowing she was surrounded by caring staff, friendship and companionship brought great comfort to our family. We will always be grateful for everything Ashlands Manor did for her.

I cannot praise and thank the staff enough at Cheadle Manor for looking after my mum for the last few months of her life. Mum was shown respect, compassion and kindness. Communication with the manager and nursing team was excellent and a doctor visits the home weekly. There is a fabulous wellbeing team there that arrange a twice daily activities programme, even taking mum out to the theatre and shops with mum loving the quizzes and singers. The home is modern and spotless and the food is amazing. All the staff are professional but very friendly and I was made to feel part of the Cheadle Manor family who were very supportive during difficult times. I can highly recommend Cheadle Manor Care Home to look after your loved ones.

I couldn't love Upland and its staff more! They are outstanding. The level of care, love + support they provide is exemplary. The activities organised, the trips out, the fun: all amazing. My friend is happy, busy, and has made positive relationships with others. I can't say enough praise about the staff. They're all simply wonderful.

Mum has had Alzheimer's dementia for almost 12 years, she has been in the home for almost 3 years. She is well looked after, well fed (as she keeps putting weight on) she is mostly happy + cheery when I visit. The staff communicate well about anything mum needs + they like caring for her. Many thanks to all the staff.

Having visit the home with my best friend and knowing the love + emotional connection she has with her mum this is what I observed. The care home has warm + inviting environment, warm + welcoming. Rooms are spacious + bright allowing families that home from home feel the need with their loved ones, but what stands out most is the big family vibe between all staff, residents + outer community.

Mum has been living at Egerton Manor for nearly two years. Mum has dementia and is 89 years old. Mum wants to come home but has no concept of what home is, she thinks I am her sister and that my brother is her husband. It is very upsetting to see her decline. We searched dozens of homes before we found Egerton Manor. The home is beautiful, the food is great and there are a range of activities everyday. For me the most important element to mum's care are the excellent, kind, professional staff, I visit often and have peace of mind she is in the best hands

My family & I have been very happy with the care my mother is receiving at Ashlands. The staff are excellent & treat my mother with love & care. Nothing is too much trouble. My mother is very happy living in her new home & always has a smile on her face.

My Mum is my world, after caring for her for over five years, due to medical Issues I found myself in a position that I could not give her the Care she deserved. Having done extensive research I found one of two care homes I was prepared to place my mum. Egerton Manor being my first choice, from the moment of first contact with it's manager it was clear there was something special about this place. From manager to staff top middle and all, the home is filled with a warm welcoming atmosphere and genuine kindness with all staff going beyond and above to meet the needs of the residents truly caring for their individual needs!!

We have been very pleased with Upland Manor. The staff are excellent. They are caring and understanding of the individual needs of each resident. They go above and beyond with the activities and entertainment for the residents. My mum appears to be very settled there, as does my dad. We can't thank them enough for the work that they carry out. We moved mum and dad from one care home to Upland and now have peace of mind!!!

Egerton Manor is a wonderful care home, I can't praise everyone enough. We can't believe how well my mum has settled and how happy she is. It's a beautiful environment with amazing staff and fabulous and varied entertainment. Everyone is very caring and kind. Every day there are fabulous activities and trips with so much variety, I don't know how they keep thinking them up.

Dining area set up nicely, lovely food with menu displayed each day. All areas clean. Room cleaned and clothes laundered and returned promptly. Activities to stimulate some social interaction. We as a family have peace of mind knowing how safe and well cared for our Mum is and how very happy and settled she is.

Our good friend came to stay at Bramhall after he had stayed in Hospital. He was very poorly and went down hill. The staff provided excellent care and made us feel that he was in safe hands. We went away and trusted them to care for him. They kept us updated with changes and it felt like home from home.

My mum has been resident in Ashlands Manor care home for 4 months. All the staff are highly professional. The nurses on duty keep us fully informed of mums progress. All the staff are caring and fully informed of the residents needs, likes, dislikes etc. They spend time talking to the residents and their family. Regularly pop in when we are there just to check mums ok. Toileting & trips etc dealt with efficiently,

Mum & dad came into the home Jan 2026. Dad passed recently and the care and compassion showed to Mum and the family was amazing. I feel happy leaving Mum in their care and she has made new friends and enjoys activities. Thanks so much for all you do.

In general the staff are first class but, I must mention in particular Baiba, Debbie, Angela, Yaser, Wina & Rupalo who do much more than work here they care

Although my father in law had only been in Bramhall Manor Care Home for eight months, he received outstanding care and was treated with dignity and kindness during his stay at all times. The family have been very pleased with the staff and the facilities, and could not have wished for more to make the last chapter of his life more comfortable - not an easy challenge as he lived in his own home until the age of 102!

My father had been in the care of Bramhall Manor since Jan 2026, in that time I found the staff always respected my fathers views and his care. When he became ill on the 8th Aug they communicated it imediatly and were really supportive of my sister and myself at this difficult time. Sadly Dad passed away but we could not of wished for better care of our father from all the staff.
