My mum has been resident in Ashlands Manor care home for 4 months. All the staff are highly professional. The nurses on duty keep us fully informed of mums progress. All the staff are caring and fully informed of the residents needs, likes, dislikes etc. They spend time talking to the residents and their family. Regularly pop in when we are there just to check mums ok. Toileting & trips etc dealt with efficiently,

Mum & dad came into the home Jan 2026. Dad passed recently and the care and compassion showed to Mum and the family was amazing. I feel happy leaving Mum in their care and she has made new friends and enjoys activities. Thanks so much for all you do.

In general the staff are first class but, I must mention in particular Baiba, Debbie, Angela, Yaser, Wina & Rupalo who do much more than work here they care

My father had been in the care of Bramhall Manor since Jan 2026, in that time I found the staff always respected my fathers views and his care. When he became ill on the 8th Aug they communicated it imediatly and were really supportive of my sister and myself at this difficult time. Sadly Dad passed away but we could not of wished for better care of our father from all the staff.

Although my father in law had only been in Bramhall Manor Care Home for eight months, he received outstanding care and was treated with dignity and kindness during his stay at all times. The family have been very pleased with the staff and the facilities, and could not have wished for more to make the last chapter of his life more comfortable - not an easy challenge as he lived in his own home until the age of 102!

My father aged 102 spent his last 7 months of his life in Bramhall Manor Care Home. He was very content and enjoyed living in this care home. As a family we had every confidence in the care and attention given.

Wow! This is such a wonderful place. Lovely environment - made extra special as a result of the caring + friendly staff. This really feels like the staff want residents to make this their home. i hope that if/when I'm ready for/need this level of care that there's a place for me. Thank you all.

This is a lovely safe place for your loved ones to be looked after. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I am so glad I moved my husband here after being at another home. My hope is that more activities could be set up for residents on the dementia corridors- perhaps some very simple physical activity. The gardens are lovely and well used.

Uplands Manor has provided respite care for my 94-year-old friend for the past 2 months. Throughout her stay the staff have provided excellent care and have always been friendly and supportive. The purpose-built facility provides a beautiful environment, enabling her to have a happy, relaxed stay during which she has recovered her health and strength both physically and mentally. Mum came to Egerton Manor for respite following recent falls & subsequent pelvis fracture. The care mum received was excellent, the carers were very helpful and caring and accomodated mums needs really well. Mum enjoyed the food immensely, the choice was really good and of really good quality. The environment in the home is lovely with lots of activities + facilities such as the hairdresser. Mum left the home after respite care feeling so much better and was just what she needed. I would definitely recommend Egerton Manor as excellent.

My Mother Margaret arrived in February this year. She was very nervous as were we because she had never been in a care home. From the onset she was treated with respect and dignity from all the staff. The facilities, room, food, entertainment have been excellent. The medical care has been excellent and as a family it's reassuring to know she is looked after. I cannot recommend Upland Manor and its staff highly enough.

Very clean premises throughout, all staff extremely presentable and smart in appearance & polite. Activities are brilliant so many, Mum Loves her new home and has settled in very well. A big thank you to every member of staff!!

We have been delighted with the care and kindness shown to mum in her first six weeks at Upland Manor Care Home. The building is nice and secure with a warm welcome and cakes!!! I do try to avoid the cakes obviously but they look nice. Couldn't recommend anywhere else for my gran.

Cannot fault the care provided by Bramhall Manor Care Home. All staff from management, reception, clinical leads, carers all could not be more careing, friendly and supportive. Could not find fault in anything what so ever. Delighted that my dear friend was in such a great care home and was cared for so well and at end of life was treated with such care, respect and dignity.

Mum has now resided at Regency for the last 12 months. I am happy with the care and attention Mum has been receiving. Mum has put on weight which has been such a relief to me. Staff and management provide a caring professional service. Mum is well looked after. Her room is lovely. Nice to see staff interact with the dementia residents. Thankyou Regency.

My Dad is a resident of Egerton Manor for 3 months and I am amazed at how well he is being looked after and I am very grateful for the Care that the team give to my Dad. He is treated with genuine care and support and since being in the home his health has improved and his walking is better than it has been in the last 5 years. The team are miracle workers and Dad is so happy here. It really is amazing what they do. The best Care ever.
