Dad is a new resident, the home is very welcoming as you enter. Sharon the manager shown us around she was very pleasant and full of knowledge. We accepted the room immediately. Dad is very happy he loves the staff and has made a few friends. He enjoys the meals and snacks

Its a comfort to know he's in a safe environment, and having his medication safely every day. Plus meals and drinks at the right time. He likes his room and I'm going to get him football bedding.

Think this care home is one in a million, not only do they give give care to the patients but visiting members of the families too, always a warm welcome, always polite etc. I couldn't ask for anymore .

I have a friend who lives and is taken care of at the Hilton house in Stoke-on-Trent and I am extremely grateful for all the work and time they all do to support my friend with all her dressing, eating and medical needs.
Every time i go to visit my friend the staff and home manager always make the
time to come and speak to me about my friend and any worries I have .If o were to ever need the service I would gladly use the Hilton House because of all the amazing work they do for my friend and the rest of the ladies and gentlemen they look after.

I'm so impressed with the care and patience your team show my mum, she can be extremely cranky and 'the boss' and not be very cooperative at times and everyone is still so very kind well done to all of you kindest regards

I always find the staff courteous and helpful. Although my uncle would prefer to be at home, he realises that he is dependent upon the staff and is content to be a resident.

My nan has been in Hilton House for a few months now, and I can not fault the home or the staff.
The home is clean and tidy. Staff look after my nan really well, and she is happy to be at Hilton House.

Gemma the manager is very helpful. Hilton Home is an outstanding home and very well organised and kept in immaculate condition, my father has been doing ever so well since relocating into the home and always has something to keep him occupied

I can't speak highly enough of this care home. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents' wellbeing. Every member of the team is professional, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and valued. The home itself is spotless, well-organised,
and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that the management team take great pride in running the home to a very high standard. Families are kept well-informed and always made to feel part of the process. I have complete confidence that residents here are in excellent Hands !

Very well ran and professional. I don't know all the staff's names yet but all are great. Ally , Max and the team are caring and professional, always looking out for the residents .
Definitely not an easy job but Hilton house smash it.

I feel I need to express how very grateful I am with staff at Hilton House for the compassion on getting my mum ready for my daughter's/her granddaughter's wedding day. Unfortunately, my mum was unable to go, so I video called my mum and she watched her granddaughter walk down the aisle at the home.
Thank you to the staff and my mum's old carer who came to the home to help. I can not put into words how much this meant, but thank you from the bottom of my heart.
