I would have no hesitation to recommend Ruddington Manor, and I will be eternally grateful for the support that Niall and I received.

Care was excellent. Staff are very caring, friendly and shows excellent professionalism. Facility is clean. There are a lot of activities for residents to do. Highly recommended if you want your family/loved ones to be well taken care of.

My mother was at Ruddington Manor for nearly 4 years she always received excellent care, all the staff are friendly and would always chat to her. There's a lot of activities which is good and Mum was able to recently see her great grandson taking part in a session with other children. In the last few months Mum was very poorly but she was made very comfortable. When she was very ill I received a phone call which meant I could be with her in her final hours. The care and compassion we received were excellent

I came here for a period of respite care after my discharge from hospital. From arrival I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable and understood. Staff have been kind, friendly and responsive to my needs, at all times. The surroundings are clean and well maintained. My mother-in-law has only been here for 4 weeks, but I have to say, the care she has received is second to none. From reception, office/background staff, nurses, carers, hospitality, it really feels like a family and nothing is too much trouble! We just celebrated at their 8th birthday and it was such a wonderful party for everyone.

Exceptional care for my mother. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Activities are amazing, family are welcome to join in. I am happy with the management who listen and support me. Transition from mum being independent to Ruddington Manor has been doable due to the staff team. My first impression when coming to view was 'wow the place and all the staff are amazing. The food and care are superb, my daughter has been visiting many care homes in Manchester and she said Ruddington Manor was like a 5 star hotel. Well done everyone.

I have been a friend of Fred's for some considerable time and I have visited him twice weekly since he arrived at The Manor in September last year. Every time I visit Fred has a smile on his face. He confirms he is being looked after very well. All staff are very friendly and care about Fred's welfare. Fred enjoys the banter with staff. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. Fred enjoys the food. The manor is absolutely superb.

Ruddington Manor Care Home, they have looked after my grandma so well. All the staff are kind and approachable. My grandma has made this care home her new home. She is grateful for all they do for her.

From the 1st day mum became resident to her last moments. The staff were always at hand to help + assist mum in her needs, care + support. All staff were very caring, smiling + supportive in our needs also. We will never forget all the staff, from reception, office, catering, hospitality to laundry staff who always put mum clothing back for her.

It is so difficult to write a review of a place which is impeccable. From caring for Mum to her every need was just perfect. Special meals were prepared for her bearing in mind of her religious requirements. Staff were so lovely and really looked after her so well. They went above and beyond to even keep the family comfortable as much as making tea/coffee for us. Mum was very spoilt and very well looked after. Can't thank enough every member of staff were brilliant.

Her room is cosy, comfortable and feels like home and the location is convenient and easy for family to visit. There are always activities and event taking place, helping residents stay engaged and social. The staff are incredibly friendly and make a real effort to connect with everyone. I would highly recommend this care home.

My friend has been extremely well looked after since arriving at The Grand Care Home. His health and well being is so much better after the care he has received while there. There is a lovely caring atmosphere within the home. It is always welcoming to visitors no matter what time of arrival.
