From initial enquiry to end of respite made to feel very welcome and everything explained throughly- My aunt who never wanted to enter a care home enjoyed her stay and has said she wouldn't be against coming back - thanks for all your help from top to bottom

Wimslow Manor has been home to my mum for a few years now and I have so much admiration and gratitude for everyone who works there. The care, compassion and attention to detail for each resident never ceases to amaze me. As soon as you walk in there is always a warm welcome and family aptmosphere. There's always humour and laughter which is wonderful for the residents and makes visiting such an enjoyable experience. Wilmslow Manor is outstanding I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best care for their relative.

All the staff at Wilmslow Manor feel like family - reception, admin, well being and hospitality as well as the nurses and carers. There is a happy relaxed atmosphere and I would definitely recommend the home to anyone. It is reassuring to know that he is safe and cared for, particularly if I am away for a few days.

My husband has been at Wilmslow Manor for two years and we have been exceptionally pleased with his care. The Manager is an exceptional leader and the staff are wonderful. Staff retention attests to this and there a happy atmosphere whenever I visit. The carers are knowledgeable, attentive and exceptionally kind, always making sure my husband is content and safe. Relatives are welcomed warmly and any concerns always treated seriously and matters resolved as quickly as possible. The well-being activities are superb. Meals are prepared in-house and the excellent chefs provide a delicious and varied menu with something for everyone. The Manor is a warm and welcoming place and I am very reassured to know my husband is happy, safe and well looked after.

I really can't praise Wilmslow Manor highly enough. An exceptional care home with an exceptional team led by the wonderful Darren. Thank you to everyone who makes it such a special place :-)

From the moment I walked through the doors I was highly impressed with Twyford House. Not only is the interior decorated to the highest standards, with lots of homely feature but individual bedrooms are also warm, clean and inviting. The staff are kind, compassionate, professional and always friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The security is second to none and I had no hesitation whatsoever that my mother was going to receive the best care for her final days.

My Dad has lived at Grosvenor Manor for the last year. The staff attended to his every need. I only have great things to say about his time there. All the staff were amazing, always kind, generous and treated him and I like family. It's such a blessing to have had such a supportive compassionate place for him to have spent his last year. Thank you so much for your love + care.

My mum has joined Wilmslow Manor as a resident, they have been an amazing team, really welcoming so she's settled in extremely well. I love that they all know her name (before she's even moved in) and ours, no matter which floor we are on and visiting. The activities are brilliant and incisive no matter what condition a person has. They also have an amazing schedule of days out for residents as well. Highly recommend so far!

Twyford House provides exemplary care for my Mum. There's always a warm welcome from reception staff which sets the tone for a very enjoyable experience. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff who provide excellent levels of care, cleanliness and safety. Meals are catered on the premises and are varied while meeting the dietary needs of the residents

Wilmslow Manor is a fabulous Care home. The staff are wonderful and always go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble. If you're wanting a carehome where your loved one will feel like they're being cared for by family, then this is the place . The dementia care is excellent (as is the residential & nursing care). For me to describe their Dementia floor in three words, it would be LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE.

My 86 year old mother fell and broke her ankle - this was confirmed by xray following this diagnosis we knew that mum could not be managed at home until she could weight bear - I rang Statham Manor from the hospital - they immediately sent a representative to the hospital to carry out the assessment. They were able to admit Mum straight into respite care. Our experience of the Statham Manor Care Home was excellent in every aspect. Mum had excellent care from admission to her coming home approx 6 weeks later. I cannot recommend to Statham Manor Care Home more highly.

Grappenhall Manor has delivered excellent care for my mother since she admitted in May. The accommodation and facilities are first rate..modern, clean and spacious. The staff are amazing! They are enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable and create such a welcoming and fun environment, in which mum has flourished. There are daily activities and initiatives being introduced but they also respect the privacy of residents, too. I have no hesitancy in recommending Grappenhall Manor to all of my friends and family.

My Mum has been a resident at Wilmslow Manor for a year, she was very independent and she found the transition quite hard at the beginning but the staff have been absolutely fantastic and she now looks at them as her friends, the management have been so helpful and always on hand nothing is ever too much trouble for anyone. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean, as is the whole building. I cannot recommend Wilmslow Manor enough

Dad moved into Wilmslow Manor from hospital for permanent care. His move was very sudden and it has taken time for him to adjust. The staff at Wilmslow Manor have been fantastic in helping him to make the changes. Nothing is too much trouble and they have got to know him quickly. He enjoys the various activities and the food is delicious. He has gained back the weight he lost in hospital. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. All the staff from reception where you enter, to the carers, nurses and beyond are so very friendly and caring. All visitors made to feel welcome with lots of humour and laughs. Dad wasn't safe in his own home but is now nurtured and cared for. I highly recommend.

The staff are warm and very professional. The home is very beautiful. I will highly recommend my friends to be service users. I had the oppourtunity of looking into the rooms, lounge dining and garden. It is modern and serene

My mum was no longer safe in her own home and with sadness we made the decision for her to stay in a home. My mum is now safe, extremely well cared for and mentally stimulated. The care is exceptional. The support staff treat her like one of their own family. She is respected and they are mindful of ensuring her dignity is at the forefront of care. As a family we are so appreciative of the outstanding care.
