If anyone is looking for a care home for themselves or their loved one then I highly recommend Statham Manor. It is everything a good care home should be and much much more.

I would definitely recommend it to others.

My mum was no longer safe in her own home and with sadness we made the decision for her to stay in a home. My mum is now safe, extremely well cared for and mentally stimulated. The care is exceptional. The support staff treat her like one of their own family. She is respected and they are mindful of ensuring her dignity is at the forefront of care. As a family we are so appreciative of the outstanding care.

We could not fault Grappenhall Manor. Dad went in for two weeks while we were away on holiday. The care he received was exceptional! Everyone we came into contact with was welcoming and very friendly! The care home is spotless and decorated to a high standard. Dad was really well cared for and said that he was offered activities every day. He really enjoyed his time there and it was peace of mind for us knowing he was so well cared for. We would definitely recommend. Jessica did the initial home visit and she was excellent and really reassured us that he would be in safe hands. Thank you Grappenhall Manor for excellent care and reassurance.

I've been impressed with every single person involved in Mum's care. Reception, carers, nurses, activity leads and house keeping all have time and a warm smile for you. There is a genuine ethos of creating a caring, safe, engaging environment. I am particularly impressed with the quality of leadership - the care home manager's door is always open if you need to talk. Thank you.

The whole team at wilmslow manor care home are just amazing. They take great care of all the residents and go above and beyond every day. I am always impressed by the upbeat and friendly welcome I receive on my visits to my dad.

In a difficult month for by B-I-L with emergency admissions, hospital discharges etc. I cannot praise the staff at Twyford House highly enough. Despite high-pressure situations, all were handled extremely professionally. The staff were courteous and understanding at all times. When the situation returned to normal, Peter was treated, upon his discharge from hospital like a long lost friend, and nothing was too much trouble. All in all an exceptional established which I believe to be without equal. Thank you.

Dad isn't always easy to care for, but every member of staff treats him with kindness, patience and genuine compassion. Yesterday showed us that Grosvenor Manor is much more than a care home - it's a place where residents are valued and families and friends are welcomed. Thank you for making Dad's birthday so memorable and for the wonderful care you give him every day. We feel incredibly lucky to have him with you.

Twyford House is a very happy care home, where the staff are all very welcoming, Nothing is too much trouble. On my visits it is clear to see that all the staff are working very hard to ensure that all the residents needs are met. the home is always very clean, tidy and comfortable, I am more than happy for my relative to be at Twyford House.

Grosvenor Manor, five stars are not enough. You are exceptional.

From day one of care , starting at respite and carrying on for full resident for 18 months , until his passing , GRAPPENHALL Manor staff were excellent. His stay there was 5star rating in every aspect. Cleanliness, fun, food. In my Fathers words - I am really happy here, well fed, well cared for and safe. We are like a family.

My father was so well looked after during the almost 2 years he lived at Grappenhall Manor. He made the choice to stay there during a period of respite. He felt safe and supported and the staff showed him genuine affection. As a family we always felt welcome and were reassured that he was in the best place. The staff worked hard to ensure he was included in the excellent range of activities on offer, even when he was reluctant to move out of bed! My mother also spent a few precious weeks there with Dad before she died and everyone did their utmost to ensure they were able to spend as much time together as possible. Thank you to all the staff for caring for Mum and Dad when the family were no longer able to do so, it means so much.

My Husband arrived at Wilmslow Manor, with a leg amputation, following an unsuccessful operation. His needs were & still are very complex & initially we were both suffering from shock. He had been diagnosed with post amputation delirium & this made it very difficult for the nursing & care staff looking after him. To date his care has been exemplary. I too, have been shown kindness & compassion & this extends to the staff on reception also, whose warm welcome & genuine interest, make, what can sometimes be difficult visits to my Husband bearable. I can't thank them enough. The meals he is served are first class & his room is kept spotless by pleasant & again helpful staff. I highly recommend.

As a resident & also wife of a resident I have experienced the Wilmslow Manor Care Home in many ways! Furthermore, as a retired State Registered Nurse I have very strong views of Nursing Care. Sadly lacking in hospital. I am hugely impressed with all the care given. The kindness, care & empathy shown to all is exemplary. I cannot fault them, All the various staff work as teams, all excellent.

I feel that all care staff and management also staff are very helpful, caring and friendly.

Staff are friendly, attentive - asks if we need any help. Checks in with nan and keeps us updated.

when mum needed to move in to a care home I was very concerned but as soon she came to twyford house I was happy knowing that she was well cared for and very happy. She loves the carers and loves the activities which are so important. Makes me happy knowing mum is safe gives me peace of mind.
