Belvedere Care Home is the best home for my mum
Very caring and understanding with all problems that may arise, they let me know if there is any problems that I can help with.

Belvedere care staff are dedicated + caring. The manager responds quickly to any concerns. My father has been very poorly recently + the team worked hard to get him the care he needed + shown genuine concern for him. However, too many agency staff are used at weekends. They don't know the residents
or their specific needs. The mobile phone carried by the senior doesn't work once they leave the office, therefore its impossible to get updates on relatives. There are no staff available at weekends to let relatives in or out, so you have to be prepared to wait.

We continue to recruit new staff with the assistance of the central support recruitment team with new staff currently onboarding. The issue with phone system has been reported to our IT department and we are awaiting replacement mobile handsets for the mobile phones. Staff do endeavour to answer the phone and the door as quickly as possible and we do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

As always, I felt welcomed on each of my visits to see my mother. Mum is cared for well and enjoys the environment she's in. Meals are varied and enjoyed by Mum. The general ethos is one of warmth, friendliness, willingness and humour.

I was a resident on a respite stay for nine days, having had an operation on my hand. During my stay, I also had an operation on my tongue. All the carers gave me excellent care and attention during my convalescence, they were always there to help me whenever I needed it, they had a very friendly manner.
The food has been very good and is served in a cheerful dining room. Every day there are activities to take part in, including doing exercises, singing together and doing crafts. I would recommend Belvedere Manor wholeheartedly. Thank you.

A wonderful, happy, caring environment where the staff give their all to the residents and get to know them well. There are many activities designed for everyone, great facilities, food and an open door policy to the management and seniors. My mum spent over three happy years there and truly considered
it to be her home. During her last days she was so well cared for, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

The standards of care at Belvedere Manor are outstanding. Having spent the last two years visiting my late uncle, the care was exceptional! The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Our uncle spent the last weeks of his life here, the staff are extraordinary.
They took a holistic approach in order to meet all of his care needs (they thought of everything). They acted with integrity and professionalism with the aim to keep him comfortable in his last days. Not only did they look after our uncle but looked after us, as a family, at this most difficult time. I can not thank the staff enough, the manager and deputy manager were angels! All the staff are a credit to you and we are truly grateful for your compassion shown to our uncle in the last weeks of his life.

My husband of fifty-three years moved into the care home, with Alzheimer's, in April 2023. Our experience has been amazing, with excellent care provided to both my husband and myself. The staff, from the manager to the finance manager, to the seniors and the carers, to all the domestic and kitchen staff,
have been incredible. They all know my husband and treat him with respect and care, to the extent that I no longer worry about him, knowing that he is well looked after all the time.

I volunteer and feel this is a lovely home. The Home Manager and all her team are hardworking and dedicated to the residents in their care. The atmosphere is lovely and staff appear to go above and beyond for the residents in their care. Would recommend.

I haven't got enough words in my vocabulary to explain how wonderful, professional and thoughtful the staff are at Belvedere Manor Care Home. The care and attention given to my relative was second to none, from the bottom, up to the top. Belvedere Manor provided a safe and secure home for my mother-in-law,
treating her with dignity, acknowledging her own personality and bringing out characteristics in her that we had been unable to find. Please don't change. Continue to do the wonderful job you do. I wish you all every success.

The staff at Belvedere Manor are absolutely brilliant, they are welcoming, caring empathetic and always concerned with their ladies and gentlemen. Nothing is too much trouble! Once again my mother has enjoyed her two-week stay at Belvedere Manor. We feel that they are now part of our extended family and can't thank them enough for all that they do. They make such an effort to know and welcome my mum every time and nothing is too much trouble.

My mum loves the home. The rooms are outstanding and so clean. All staff are very helpful and the care they give is outstanding. Mum has been there for six months and she loves it. The activities are plentiful and enjoyable and we can join in too. So a big thank you.

It was a difficult decision to place Mother in a care home, but Belvedere Manor made that decision so much easier. The accommodation is clean, bright and modern and the staff is exceptional. My sisters and I have been impressed with the level of care, and that Mother is in a safe place, with 24hr support.
Belvedere is a very welcoming home, and we are always happy to visit. We are always made most welcome.

It is very good, every time I visit my mother staff is excellent, welcoming, smiling
and very pleasant and helpful. Had meals at Christmas with my mother. Everything is very good, they always have something going on for the residents to keep them feeling very good and help the residents.

This home is excellent in all respects. My mother has only been in a few weeks but she has settled quickly and raves about the food, the staff and the surroundings. It is very warm and friendly and all the staff are very caring. Also lots of activities for the residents to do daily.
I cannot believe
how much my mum has improved both physically and mentally within a few weeks.
Highly recommend this home.
