He was treated with dignity and much kindness and I certainly owe the team a debt of gratitude.

I often sing with them and I really love doing it and so do the residents. They know all the words and come alive. The atmosphere of the unit is pleasant and I really like the upgrade they have done. His medical care too is very good and the senior staff on the unit are all lovely and very supportive.

I find all the staff very helpful, & friendly.

My mum was admitted to the Hamptons Care Home from hospital with end stage heart failure. I had previously visited and knew it was where she and I wanted her to be cared for. She was treated with dignity and respect from the minute she arrived. I cannot thank the nursing and care staff enough for the care she received during her short time at the home. I was also treated with care and respect and kept informed about my mum's ongoing treatment. The staff were always cheerful and welcoming and after six weeks on a busy hospital ward it was an oasis of calm and peace. I'm just sad that mum wasn't well enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer and wish she'd moved to the Hamptons at an earlier stage in her life.

My great auntie was in for a two week respite stay, it was amazing to see her up and about and dressed daily. My great auntie was very happy here and really enjoyed her stay. It was a lovely clean and bright home and the staff were all lovely, helpful and caring towards my great auntie.

Cannot thank the staff enough for their care and support of my aunty who was on a 2 week respite break. The home and staff provided a warm and friendly environment and my aunt was made to feel very welcome and comfortable and enjoyed her stay and when leaving said she'd be back. She enjoyed the company and being with other residents and loved the activities especially the bingo and singing.

My mum who has Alzheimer's disease became a resident in May 2025, she settled in very quickly and is happy there. We are very satisfied with the care that she has received, the rooms and facilities are excellent and the staff have been great.

I can only hope that there is space for my wife next time I need some respite.

My father was a resident at The Hamptons for only 4 weeks. Unfortunately his health declined rapidly and he sadly passed away. From the day he arrived he received the most amazing care. As his health deteriorated the carers continued to support his changing needs, delivering compassionate high quality care. The staff were always there to support him and family members to ensure his needs were met. All carers were helpful and attentive , friendly and welcoming . The facilities were excellent . All family and friends who visited commented on what a lovely place The Hamptons is. I'm pleased he was in such a lovely caring environment.

Lovely care home, clean, has just been updated, every thing is bright and welcoming, the staff are very helpfull nothing is too much trouble, they take care of the residence with pride and affection and a lot of patience, the food is very good, meat and veg & usualy a pudding, fruit and biscuits for when they have a snack mid morning and, mid afternoon, sometimes its tea & coffee or juice they have alot of variety, and the sing alongs we just love, we alos play games and listen to music or watch a film.

My father moved into the Hamptons May 22 and passed away there on June 10. For those 20 days The Hamptons was my father's world and mine and my mother's too. It was a very hard time for us all and the staff made it as comfort and manageable for us as they possibly could. Everyone was wonderful and as I said to them I will remember them and think very fondly of them all forever – long, long after they have forgotten us. My mother and I were so very grateful - they cared for and treated my father as if he'd been there for years.

It was a pleasant stay, everything was clean, tidy, the staff very helpful always had time to check on you and have a chat. No problems with anything, it was my first time in a care home and was most impressed

My mum stayed at The Hamptons for 1 month recovering from a fracture and the care and help she received has been amazing. Such friendly and caring staff, who had the time to keep checking on Mum and ensuring she was ok. This has not been our experience of other care homes. This, plus a genuine interest shown by all the staff in getting Mum back on her feet, merits an excellent review. Cannot fault Mum's room and all the communal areas which helped to make our visits to Mum very pleasant.

I am really pleased with this care home, staff are friendly and readily available, the home itself doesn't look like a care home the facilities and surroundings are fantastic, my dad tells me that the food is excellent and he enjoys his full English breakfast every morning, I am pleased that he settled in so well. I would like to thank all the staff for welcoming my dad into his new home, I would like to make a special mention to Hannah the care home manager for her help and reassurance, I can not praise her enough she made a difficult process easy for both me and my dad. I would like to recommend anyone looking for care for a loved one go take a look at Belvedere manor you won't be disappointed.

Absolutly excellent home. The care my mother recieved in the five years she was in residency was second to none. First Class!! I can not speak highly enough. Thank You To everyone.

I was so well treated adn cared for by all the staff. They were excellent in every aspect. I would return at once if and when I am no longer able to care for myself at home.

Im the daughter of a resident on the Dawson community, excellent care, very friendly staff, nothing is to much when asked anything, my dad is really happy as so am I as he's so well looked after.
