In any residential setting it is the ethos upheld by those who work there who determine how good a place it is, and my father and I have always been impressed by the professionalism, availability and friendliness of the staff, whatever their various roles. Indeed, after a fortnight in hospital this year, Dad was very anxious to be able to return for end-of-life care from those whom he knew and respected, and his final three weeks were filled with care, compassion and empathy, both for Dad and for me. The Hamptons can't be faulted.

I have experience in Home Management and Regional support, and care passionately about ensuring that my teams and I provide high-quality, person-centred support to all the residents and their families within our communities.
Working within the Lovett Care Homes family, I have received an incredibly warm welcome and have been impressed not just with the 5-star environments but also with the values and beliefs that are encompassed throughout the whole service. This enables the team to empower those who live with us to live their best lives, knowing that they have the support and structure to reach their goals.
I have worked at The Hamptons since April 2018, initially as a Care Assistant. I was quickly promoted to Senior Care Assistant, then Team Leader.
