The level of care received by my late mother at The Hamptons was excellent. From moving into the home from hospital to the time of her death she was made to feel safe, comfortable and cared for. The attention of the staff and her surroundings enabled her to relax at a difficult time and eased her suffering.
Facilities were also excellent and I found it extremely helpful to have constant support from all levels of staff given I live some distance from the home. The end of life care was compassionate and focused on the individual. I would recommend the Hamptons to anyone considering a nursing home placement. My thanks to all there.

My mother became a resident here in February. She has late stage dementia. It puts our minds at rest to know she is in such good hands. The staff are very professional and caring and don't just leave the residents to sleep all day.


Facilities are like a luxury hotel. I would recommend to anyone looking

for a suitable care home for dementia suffering relatives.

The Hamptons offers exceptional care for my sister. The nursing staff and carers are incredibly dedicated to their work and I can not fault them. My sister is very happy here and feels very loved. The surroundings are as good as any 5-star hotel, if not better. The chef creates the most delicious meals
like a top restaurant would. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone who works here. It's the most wonderful place. I didn't think it was possible to find a place like this.

My initial impression of The Hamptons was of a 4 or 5-star hotel. That impression of the the property has not altered. It is a really comfortable, clean and well-designed facility for its purpose. Most importantly to me, however, is that the personnel at all levels and functions have the care of the
residents entirely as their preeminent concern and purpose. They are unfailingly attentive, kind, supportive and considerate. They are professionals in the best senses of the word.

My 92-year-old mum is currently living at The Hamptons and I can highly recommend it. All the staff are so friendly, caring and kind and all her needs are being met. The nursing staff are a dedicated team giving first-class care, 24hours a day. The food is excellent and mum enjoys the varied menu. The
accommodation is absolutely beautiful, mum loves to relax in her bedroom every afternoon with the television and wonderful view of the garden. (Tea and cake is served in her room)
I know that she is well cared for and very happy in her new home with its wonderful manager and staff.

After spending time in several different care homes, my very dear friend was becoming more and more despondent and withdrawn. However, after only two weeks in The Hamptons, the change in her was just amazing and she was the happy lady that she had been previously. The reason, with no doubt whatsoever,
is the wonderful, happy and friendly care of everyone there, who are just one big happy family. Fantastic.

New home start-up in an area of limited provision for dementia - a very welcome entrant. The physical plant is of a very high specification. More like a 5-star hotel. First contact, induction and entry were all handled with enormous sensitivity and care. The difficult choice to commit a loved one to
the care of the home was hugely helped by the senior people involved. One month in and things are going very well. The activities dimension has been first-class and quickly allayed any fear that residents would be sat in a circle watching television most of the time. The social and activities dimension has helped my wife get some real value-added over and above what I alone could provide. This significantly lowered my guilt quotient. Yes, there have been some minor start-up hiccups but none that should at this stage blight the overall impression of an excellent addition to the care platform for the Fylde Coast.

The Hamptons Care Centre is new and luxurious. The manager and her senior staff have been extremely welcoming, reassuring and pro-active in solving problems. They have been caring in respect of my wife and myself going that extra mile.
The care and nursing staff have all shown a high degree of competence
and care and the admin staff always helpful.

Sara Allton

Job Title: Home Manager Joined: 2021

I qualified as a nurse in 1991, and have worked in a variety of settings including A&E, orthopaedics and specialist nursing before moving into nursing and care homes in 1994. I have experience in Home Management and Regional support and care passionately about ensuring that my teams and I provide high quality, person centred support to all the residents and their families within our communities.


Working within the New Care Homes family, I have received an incredibly warm welcome and have been impressed not just with the 5 star environments but also with the values and beliefs that are encompassed throughout the whole service. This enables the team to empower those that live with us to live their best lives knowing that they have the support and structure to reach their goals.

Having worked for Newcare for 3 years now I can say with absolute certainty that it has promoted an environment where learning is fun, accessible and generates positive discussion around improvement.
