Home is spotlessly clean & no bad odours staff very helpful & pleasant at all times

Overall friendly caring staff, very welcoming, easy to access and request help. Kept well informed.
the environment is kept to a high cleanliness standard, plenty of fun activities for Residents but overall knowing my dad is safe and treated with care, dignity and enjoys his time at Bradshaw means
more than anything else and all staff help to ensure this.

The care that the resident receives is excellent. The communication is wonderful. I am kept fully updated with the residents medical & emotional issues. I cannot thank the staff enough for all the care, love & support they provide. The home is spotless & all the meals look amazing

From Day one of my sister arriving I knew it was a lovely home. They have gone beyond being helpful and caring, they have helped us so much, never to busy to listen from management to cleaners and carers and most of all the sisters Barbara. My mother has been in the care of Bradshaw Manor for over 5 years and has received excellent care. When she passed away last week I was over whelmed with the respect shown for her and the sensitivity employed towards me as I grieved. It was exceptional and I shall never forget it. I would wholeheartedly
recommend Bradshaw Manor for anyone looking for care for an elderly parent. You become part of the family and the staff who work there are simply wonderful.

Bradshaw looked after my mother when she became nursing from residential. I could not fault the care she received. The staff were amazing, caring and very empathetic. The manager took time to listen when I had a concern and she made sure it was dealt with straight away.

My husband has been at Bradshaw Manor over twelve months. It took him a while to settle in & I had trouble that after 60 years together I had to let go. With the help of the dedicated, hard working & caring staff things are now settled. It is a very homely & happy place. The activities are fantastic
& nothing is too much trouble.

My wife was admitted in Oct'24 for nursing care priority over dementia. Over the 5 months her care was sympathetic + caring. Her physical health improved but dementia care took precedence. This was not adequately dealt with and psychiatric assessment advised transfer to an EMI unit - nursing. On the
whole a nice home but not fully supportive of dementia needs. All staff caring and helpful.

What can I say about Bradshaw Manor. Lovely home, fantastic care, very friendly approachable staff throughout. Very clean and warm. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. The flexibility for visiting was important as some of us weren't particularly close to Rhyl. From a personal point of view

Bradshaw Manor Care Home has been home to my mother for over eight years and during this time, I can honestly say she has had the best level of support, care and nursing for her slowly deteriorating condition. The staff and, in particular, the senior nursing staff have always been helpful, friendly
and good at communicating.
My auntie also spent a number of years in the same care home and as a family, we always felt that we'd undoubtedly made the right care decision for both of them.
The entertainment is varied and suitably promoted in the home and across social media. Unfortunately, in the past few years, Mum has been unable to partake but still enjoys her regular visits to the hairdressers.
