I am originally from the Philippines, where I completed a BSC in Nursing. I have been working in the Care home sector for over 23 years now and have worked as an overseas Registered Nurse and in various roles, from that and the last 12 years as a Home Manager - managing a care home with Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Working Age Adults service. I consistently demonstrate and deliver high standards of clinical care, and care deeply about the quality of care my residents receive. I love working and developing with the people I work with, and I aim to deliver the best care for those living here at Guiseley Manor Care Centre.
I'm Kiley, the Deputy Manager at Guiseley Manor Care Centre. I have been nursing for 18 years, working within the NHS. I am very excited about my role as Deputy Manager. I love getting to know all the residents and their families, and ensuring they are well cared for and their individual needs are met.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending days out with my fiancé and our two boys, listening to music, walking and spending time with friends.

I’m the Head Housekeeper at our nursing home, where I oversee the housekeeping across all floors and make sure the home is always safe, clean, and welcoming. Before this, I worked as a Head Housekeeper in a psychiatric facility, which gave me valuable experience and a real appreciation for how important a homely environment is in care.
What inspired me to work in care is knowing that even small things, like a tidy room or a kind word, can make a big difference to someone’s day. I especially enjoy learning about our residents’ life stories and finding little ways to make their lives brighter.
I’m most passionate about creating a home where residents feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. A highlight of my career has been leading and supporting my team, watching them grow in confidence and skill while working together to make a positive impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking and holidays in the sun.
