Thank you for your feedback. We have recently reviewed our menus which have been formulated with the residents and finalised during our residents meeting. As of 17th March these have now been rolled out and we have had some really positive comments back so far. We also also pleased to say that all our fruit, vegetables and meat are locally sourced around the Carlisle area. The team at Eden Manor were so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing and offer their deepest condolences. Eden Manor uses the person-centred software (PCS - electronic care planning system for carers). The team carry handheld devices to record all care interactions in real time. While it may appear they are on their mobile phones, they are using these handheld devices which are the same size. Before your Dad was discharged into the integrated care team in December 2024, it was documented that he took part in several activities including, Christmas activities, listening to the visiting children's choir, bowling, music, singing, walking in the garden and more with our Relationships Manager. Eden Manor uses a dependency tool to support in team ratio numbers; we are in the fortunate position of being 10% over on staffing. We take all comments seriously and see them as opportunities to improve the services we provide; we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further.

Hannah is passionate within her role, always striving for excellence and creating a homely and safe environment, Hannah always has the resident's best interest at heart and aims to provide high-quality care and make a difference in the lives of all the residents she support.
Beth is the Assistant Manager here at Eden Manor Care Home, Beth has worked at Eden Manor for 3 years initially as a Suite Manager and was then promoted to the Assistant Manager in November 2023.
Beth has an extremely kind and caring approach to the service she delivers always ensuring the well-being and health of the residents. Beth is a mentor to the team and has a very hands-on approach to her leadership.
