Melanie Fenton began her career in the care sector in 1987, initially working as a Residential Social Worker for the London Borough of Ealing Council. Over the course of nearly four decades, she has remained dedicated to supporting individuals to live safe, dignified, and fulfilling lives.


Progressing from frontline roles through to senior leadership positions, Melanie has advanced to the role of General Manager. She has been a CQC Registered Manager for 26 years, bringing extensive experience in maintaining high-quality standards, underpinned by strong regulatory knowledge and hands-on leadership expertise.


Her long-standing career reflects a consistent commitment to building effective teams and delivering person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
