For the past nine years, Gemma worked as a Patient Coordinator within a busy aesthetics and private GP clinic, where she guided patients through every stage of their journey. This role strengthened her passion for delivering a personalised, reassuring experience and ensuring people always felt listened to, informed, and cared for.
Before this, Gemma spent 13 years front of house at Mercedes-Benz of Derby, where she developed a warm, professional approach and a genuine enjoyment of meeting new people and creating positive first impressions.
