Great Yarmouth is a beautiful seaside town and I am honoured to have lived here for almost 5 years. I enjoy paddleboarding, taking walks on the beach and spending time with my family.
I worked in the Hospitality industry for over 30 years before I joined the team at Eversley Lodge. I started my career in the kitchen, worked my way up to Head Chef and then progressed to Front of House within both the restaurant and hotel sectors. During this time, I attained my TAQA Award. My journey at Eversley Lodge started as Hospitality Manager, but my passion for cooking has led me back into the kitchen as Head Chef. I am proud to prepare and serve delicious meals for our residents and cater to a variety of dietary requirements.
