My mum has been in Hulton House Care Home for approximately 4 years. A very comfortable home with great staff and good communication. I especially would like to thank the staff on the Sharoe Bay Unit and management.

A wonderful nursing/care home, brilliant staff, polite & caring, everyone goes above & beyond. My wife is looked after in a way that I feel everything that can be done is being done, proactively looking at her needs & also mine, helping me & my mental health. I can't express how grateful I am to this place for looking after my grandma. She is unique and challenging, but they know exactly how to handle her and are extremely considerate and caring towards her. As a family we are very close, and they are understanding of this and always keep us updated with how she is getting on. My grandma needs a lot of 1:1 attention, and they always ensure they are there to meet her needs. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for all you do!
My father-in-law is very happy here in the home. It's very clean and staff are very helpful and have a good understanding of him. Management are very nice and he has settled brilliantly.

The staff consistently find creative ways to engage her in activities that bring her joy and stimulation, making her days fulfilling and meaningful. Their warmth and dedication shine through in everything they do, and it's clear they truly care about each resident's well-being. Knowing my mum is in such a nurturing environment gives me great peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Hulton House to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones. Hulton House is a very safe & secure care home, very clean and well-staffed. Nothing is too much trouble; the interaction with staff and patients, as well as relatives, is amazing. Unfortunately, I live in Australia and can only visit so often, but I am regularly kept up to date about my father, and it is such a relief that I know he is being well cared for.
Thank you for your wonderful 5 star review the Home Manager will share this with the Team at Hulton house
Mum has lived at Hulton House for 5 years. I love that despite advanced dementia, the staff know Mum and she feels supported and cared for. The staff are always thinking of new activities or ways to keep Mum stimulated, and seeing the way she smiles at her carers shows me how much she likes the people who look after her. I've found the management of the home to always be a great support and help. Including helping my dad and keeping an eye on how he is doing when he visits.
Thankyou for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased that you feel mum is supported and well cared for. The manager will share this review with the team.
Upon entering Hulton House one would think you were entering a hotel foyer as it is very welcoming. The staff are extremely helpful. The facility is kept to an impressive standard of cleanliness. The interaction between residents and staff is heartwarming. My wife and I could not be happier and confident in the care afforded to my wife's father, especially in the fact that we live in Australia and only get back to the UK every twelve months. Between visits, we also received feedback from Hulton House as to his well being.
Thank you for your 5 star review. Hulton house take care and pride in our clean friendly environment. It great to hear that you feel confident that your father in law is getting good care. Thank you again for taking the time to write this review.
I feel I am so blessed, my father has dementia. The home is absolutely fantastic, I receive regular phone calls about my Dad, sometimes he is resident of the week, sometimes it's just for an update. I visit when I can, and the care my Dad gets is second to none; nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Most of all, I know my Dad is safe and in an excellent environment, getting the care he needs. Thank you so much Hulton House Staff.

The carers on the unit where my mother is are always very attentive to the residents needs. They are polite and friendly to all the visitors and will always stop to ask if everything is ok. I have noticed that my mother is very content with her life at the home and this makes me feel very confident that when I am not there she is being looked after, and that is all I could ask for. My mum is a very special lady and is loved very much by all her family.
The staff on my mum's ward are always extremely helpful, if we ask for any information regarding my mum's care and treatment, it is always given or if they don't have specific details they will contact myself or my sister. We are always informed if she is unwell, if there's an injury or if she's resident of the week! Mum seems content and happy. We also asked that she be more involved in activities and this had been adhered to as much as possible. Thank you.
Very professional, proactive care, very clean and incredibly well equipped. Regular activities ensure stimulation and engagement. I am always informed if there is an issue and next steps. My dad has thrived having moved to Hulton House.
The home is kept immaculately clean.
The residents have great interaction with the staff.
Front-of-house and management are always approachable and go out of their way to resolve any issues or questions you may have.
