Absolute fabulous care and attention given to our mum at Ivy Gate Lodge went out of their way and beyond to care for mum and hospitality was amazing, home very clean and tidy all staff amazing nothing was too much trouble treated with dignity and respect.

My dad has been in a care home for 18 months, and his care deteriorated to the point he was safeguarded. I visited him daily as I was concerned for him. He has moved to Ivy Gate, and within days, I noticed a huge difference. I can now visit him without worrying. The whole ambience is perfect. The staff
keep me informed of his wellbeing, and I couldn't fault anyone it's like a family away from home.

Every time we come to visit all the staff are so pleasant. The rooms are lovely and the menus look really tasty. We are pleased with the nurses. The care they take of her is really good. The entertainment is good as well and the coffee shop is great to bring her down to.

My father is well looked after by the staff and he is happy being here. Dad was in two other homes before arriving at Ivy Gate Lodge approximately 6 months ago and without doubt, Ivy Gate is the best. All the staff are happy and professional. Keep up the good work.

Feel welcomed by the receptionists. The care staff are lovely, treating Dad well and are super friendly. Chef's seem nice too. Just met the manager who seems really nice too.

As soon as I viewed Ivy Gate I knew this was the place for my wife. She is on end-of-life care and everyone is so kind and caring. I always come home after visiting knowing that she is being looked after. Excellent care home.

I find Ivy Gate Lodge to be a very welcoming place. The staff are always helpful, friendly and professional. The building itself is of a high standard, rooms are always clean and fresh, food is really nice and varied menu, activities are good to keep occupants active where possible. Overall I feel content

Ivy Gate Lodge is modern, clean and bright. The staff are very helpful, kind and caring.
The ladies at reception are welcoming and are wonderful brand ambassadors for Ivy Gate Lodge.
When I visit my uncle I am always welcomed at any time, I feel supported and have the peace of mind that my uncle is
getting the standard of care he deserves.
I have actually told my daughter that Ivy Lodge is where I would be happy if I need care in the future.
