Both my parents are residents of Lindley Park. When choosing a home, Lindley Park stood out as a brightly welcoming facility. My parents often remark about how lovely the staff are. I feel confident they are being looked after well, are safe, and cared for in a dignified + considerate way.

Thank you for such a lovely review, and for joining us at the Summer Fete. It's wonderful to hear your Dad enjoyed some time in the garden, and that little touches like that add up to real peace of mind for you.

The home has been an excellent choice for my father. The home is inviting and friendly and staff will take time to talk to you. It is difficult sometimes to settle into a home and my dad has settled very well. The home being new is spotless and maintained that way. The staff are lovely and friendly and sort things as needed.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this lovely review. On entrance to the building - all sfety procedures followed, very welcoming staff, showed me where to go. My friend is very happy living in the home. The room was clean. She is content with her surroundings and feels happy walking round the residental home to meet other residents. All staff were friendly and obviously had good relationships with the residents. Lovely pictures on the walls for the residents to see. A good range of activities for residents. Very clean. Excellent staff.

The staff are absolutely amazing, genuinely kind, attentive, and always going above and beyond for the residents. You can really see the level of care and compassion they put into everything they do.
The home itself is stunning. It's immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and the décor feels more like a 5-star hotel than a care home. Every detail has clearly been thought through to create a comfortable and uplifting environment.
Most importantly, the residents always seem happy, relaxed, and well looked after. There are plenty of activities available, allowing them to stay engaged and social, or simply enjoy their own time in a peaceful setting.
A truly fabulous care home,I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where loved ones will be cared for with dignity, warmth, and genuine kindness.

I was very pleased with my relatives care and feel she is safe and happy. There are a few boxes where I have put satisfactory simply because I don't know the managerial set up nor how much it costs to keep someone in care.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so pleased to hear that you feel your relative is safe and happy at Lindley Park, that means a great deal to us.
Thank you again for your kind words and for trusting us with your relative's care.
I have been visiting my friend regularly in this care home since she moved in the first week of it opening. The staff have always been lovely, friendly, caring and helpful. They obviously love their jobs and treat the service users like they deserve to be treated. The place is spotless, the meals look great and the activities that I have seen have been excellent. Any problems are looked into and resolved immediately, and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lindley Park Care Home.

Lindley Park is a welcoming and comfortable care home with good facilities. The staff tried hard to make me comfortable and always had a smile on their faces. At times they appeared somewhat overwhelmed with the work and I didn't always feel that they had time to help with my daily routine, particularly first thing in the morning.
The food was very variable and at times poor with a lack of variety from day to day. The portions were over facing and there was little contrast between lunchtime and evening which were very close together.
The activity programme had some good activities but not as many as expected and sometimes reminders were not given meaning that people missed out.
The home is very new and it seemed that it was still in a development stage. I feel sure that with good leadership moving forward this would improve the criticisms I have.
We truly value all feedback we receive as it helps us to continually review and improve the service we provide. It was lovely to hear your comments about the team and their friendly approach - we know how...
I have been a few times to visit my friend and have been very impressed every time!! The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, and the carers are very friendly and care for the residents with cheeriness, compassion and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The decorations, furniture and furnishings are 1st class! The food is delicious, and the protions is very good. I have sung the praises of Lindley Park to everyone I meet and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone needing care full-time.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We're delighted to hear that you rate our facilities so highly and that our team made such a positive impression. Providing a welcoming environment and friendly, attentive care is very important to us, so your feedback really means a lot. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Lindley Park.
Every time I visit I am met by smiling, professional staff, always willing to answer questions and give advice. The resident is clean and carefully dressed, expresses her desire to stay, feels safe and sleeps well. She has enjoyed events and regular hot drinks and is pleased with a hairdresser and chirpodist. I enjoy the fact that I can take her out as we always used to do and look forward to a trip to the supermarket with her and others.
We're delighted to hear that you are always welcomed by our friendly and professional team, and that you feel comfortable asking questions and seeking advice. It's especially reassuring to know that your loved...
However the overwhelming comfort was the welcoming attitude of all the staff, their friendliness and willingness to please continued throughout the stay and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely blown away on all counts. The facilities are not only clean and modern they give the at home feeling that makes it a joy to be in. The staff are all so pleasant and you can't help but smile along with them. Having had bad experiences visiting a family member in another residential home out of the area it's changed my opinion on the care system and it's great to know our family member is going to get the best help that she deserves.
We're absolutely delighted to hear that Lindley Park Care Home has made such a positive impression on you. Creating a clean, modern environment that still feels like home is incredibly important to us, so it...
Anxious, distressing time for mum and family. At 94 has been so independent recent 18 months accepted carers in day and worked well. But alone at night a worry to us all and especially after a fall in night resulted in her only hospital stay and right decision for mums safety care home needed. First week mum withdrawn but second week really letting her personality shows appear happy.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding your mother's move to Lindley Park. We understand that this has been an anxious and challenging period for your family, and we appreciate the trust you have placed in us.

My husband has been in Lindley Park for four weeks, he was the fifth person to be admitted, so far everything seems to be going well. The staff are lovely and as they are also new it is a learning curve for everyone. The place itself is beautifully decorated, light and cheerful. I can't comment on the food although I have seen some nice cakes in the afternoon.
