Little Heath Reablement & Support Centre

As I have said many times before- there is little to say because everything is fine. The only thing I would like it to have lunch at 1pm (or 12:30) and tea at 6pm (or 6:30). Keep the good work up- thanks. Marks 11 out of 10.

Staff are very friendly and treat you with respect. Always a good choice of food delivered on time which I choose to eat in my room. I enjoy the trips out for shopping and meals. My room is always kept clean and tidy which I appreciate. My visitors come at very flexible times and are always made welcome.

Feeling more at home now as I came for respite in March for 6 weeks and decided to stay. I now have my pictures on the wall, which makes me feel more at home. All the staff have been incredibly kind and helpful. I feel safe here.

Since my Mum came to Little Heath Reablement, as a permanent resident, we have been so impressed by the care she has received.

Mum arrived very frail and unwell but since arriving in 2024 she has gone from strength to strength. She has gained weight and is now looking so much healthier.

I cannot fault the care she receives, both residents and family are always treated with dignity and respect. Staff are all super friendly and take time to get to know residents (making the environment very homely).

Little Heath does not feel like a care home at all and I can highly recommend.

Very good end of life care for my mother. You also looked after my father as a day visitor as if he was a resident which made their time together very valuable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Little Heath to anyone.

I cannot rate Little Heath enough for the care and the support they gave to my mum and to me and my sister during mums stay. She was cared for and genuinely loved by all staff. We knew we could leave her after visiting and know that she was safe and cared for. Mum knew that as well and called Little Heath her home. She adored all the staff and always had a flow of visitors from Little Heath, visiting her or just popping the head round her door to say hello. I will forever be grateful to them all.

The care was excellent, kind and caring. Mum enjoyed her stay at the Reablement and Support Centre at Little Heath, it is without fault. I would be quite happy for myself and any friends or family to stay with such a lovely team and environment.

This is the second stay for my daughter. She has thoroughly enjoyed her six week stay. She was looked after very well and all staff have been fantastic. Nurses/staff spent time with my daughter, giving comfort and compassion. We cannot thank Little Heath enough for helping and spending time with her. She enjoyed the activities too and made friends with the other residents. Little Heath, thank you.

As an ex-manager myself, I have been particularly impressed with the lady in charge of Little Heath Reablement and Support Centre, both as to her competence - she has detailed knowledge of all her residents, answers all queries as to their present needs, current situation and future options, visitors’ names, contact names – all without needing to look them up. She is also extremely likeable, very easy to talk to, and happy to help, but at the same time careful about what information she imparts. The staff I found very pleasant with my friend and very happy to help me during my visits. The Centre feels like a happy place when you visit.

I understand they have care home beds now - would definitely recommend them!

Very helpful and friendly staff. As the partner of a resident, I found the staff helpful and always willing to talk about any concerns I or my partner may have. The home itself was always clean and well-maintained.

Mum often commented on how good the food was. The environment always appeared clean whenever I visited.
