Little Heath Reablement & Support is a purpose-built, 24-bed home based in a residential area of Cadbury Heath in South Gloucestershire.

Whether you are looking for short-term support or long-term nursing care, the team can offer a bespoke home for people not living with dementia. Opened in 2020, Little Heath provides a modern, homely environment across two floors, with each floor containing a communal lounge, dining room and kitchenette. Rooms are designed to make you feel at home, with ensuite shower rooms and comfortable furnishings.

The team supports you to maintain your independence with equipment and adaptations to suit you and level access to the lovely garden and balcony areas. There is also a dedicated GP service with consultation rooms at the centre.

The team organises regular activities at Little Heath to help you make the most of life.

Left my cousin for 2 weeks respite whilst on holiday.
The home is exceptional and deserves a rating of excellent from CQC.
The service is extremely well managed and all the staff show kindness, and empathy and are always cheerful.
My cousin was so well looked after she gained 4 lbs in weight.
I
wouldn't leave her anywhere else
A care home that really cares.

The care was excellent, kind and caring. Mum enjoyed her stay at the Reablement and Support Centre at Little Heath, it is without fault. I would be quite happy for myself and any friends or family to stay with such a lovely team and environment.

This is the second stay for my daughter. She has thoroughly enjoyed her six week stay. She was looked after very well and all staff have been fantastic. Nurses/staff spent time with my daughter, giving comfort and compassion. We cannot thank Little Heath enough for helping and spending time with her.
She enjoyed the activities too and made friends with the other residents. Little Heath, thank you.

As an ex-manager myself, I have been particularly impressed with the lady in charge of Little Heath Reablement and Support Centre, both as to her competence - she has detailed knowledge of all her residents, answers all queries as to their present needs, current situation and future options, visitors’
names, contact names – all without needing to look them up. She is also extremely likeable, very easy to talk to, and happy to help, but at the same time careful about what information she imparts. The staff I found very pleasant with my friend and very happy to help me during my visits. The Centre feels like a happy place when you visit.

This place is a super facility with outstanding staff. I would recommend the Reablement Centre to anyone!
This service has helped me mentally, not just physically.
I understand they have care home beds now - would definitely recommend them!

I have been a guest for several weeks now, and it is with sadness that I learn that Little Heath Reablement Centre, which is a much-needed facility, will no longer be a rehab; it is currently helping me to hopefully return home soon. I am pleased that the unit will continue to function as a care and
hope that the residents coming in will benefit from the superb team of friendly and helpful staff currently
employed here.

Very helpful and friendly staff. As the partner of a resident, I found the staff helpful and always willing to talk about any concerns I or my partner may have. The home itself was always clean and well-maintained.

Mum was at Little Heath Reablement Centre earlier this year following a hip replacement operation. She was there for about a month and in that time was treated exceptionally well.
We could not fault any of the care she received. The staff treated Mum with dignity and respect and ensured she received
appropriate care during her rehabilitation. The staff were all very friendly and approachable.
Mum often commented on how good the food was. The environment always appeared clean whenever I visited.
