I am absolutely astounded at the level of activities you have offered my Dad.
He looks like he's really enjoying everything he's been invited to attend.
Latterly, Dad wouldn't go to anything with us and always made excuses not to go. Now, his world has opened up again. It pleases us as a family that
you've rekindled that adventurous spirit in him.

Every time we visit mum, we are greeted with a smile from staff and made welcome. Mum has been going out on trips, playing dominos with other residents and a regular at the cinema. What is nice to see is the carers know the resident.

When visiting my friend, all the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The home looks clean, and often there are quirky things (like incubating eggs) to add to the conversation during my visit. I hope the staff are as happy as they appear. Sometimes my friend smells because she is incontinent. :(

This was my first time visiting my granny and I was amazed both at the kindness and warmness of the staff, but also how well equipped and beautifully decorated the facility was. We spent some time in her room which was spacious and had everything needed to support my granny then had a lovely coffee
in the cafe where we were made to feel very welcome. The garden area is great for my nephew to run around. I look forward to returning with my dog in the near future.

Cannot praise the kindness and attention of staff enough. Building and gardens are spotless more like a 5 star hotel than a care home.
Feel mum is well looked after and her every need met, such a relief for the family to know she's so well cared for.

My mum came for 2 weeks' respite care and left saying "see you next time!" to friends she has made. The staff are all extremely friendly and attentive; the activities fun and the facilities exemplary. Mum has clearly had a lovely time and will look forward to coming back

Overall a great facility providing great care for residents.
Areas for improvement would be to sort the issues with the guest/resident wifi which by in large is poor.
The radiator in mum's roof 'bangs', which I have reported.

Overall mum had a lovely stay. Wonderful staff, lovely environment. Will definitely return. Few growing pains - slightly short staffed, a few details missed, fond a bit pately. Generally a great and caring place, mum will be back.

We have just moved our parents into Oakbank. Its a big decision and the team here have made everything as easy as possible. The staff are so kind and caring and you can really tell that the culture here is all about excellence in care and lots of compassion and kindness. We received the warmest welcome

This care home is outstanding: the internal design is amazing; the architectural layout has been impeccably thought through so that each room is filled with light and every room has a door leading out into the outside space. The staff are exceptionally caring and kind. Visitors are made to feel welcome
and even dogs are allowed to visit. There is a great rapport between the staff and residents. The nurses, when not handing out medicines or changing surgical dressings, can be found assisting carers to feed residents or wheel us through the gardens. The baths are amazing! I look forward to staying here again in the future.

My friend has been a resident for a week. He is very happy and content here. He cannot fault the care and friendliness of the staff. His room is attractive and home, with his personal possessions around him. He is enjoying the food provided. He has enjoyed being taken out for visits in the area. As
a care home, this could not be bettered.
