I have found the home to be welcoming, supportive, caring and kind. The accomodation and public spaces, cafe etc are always immaculately clean and tidy. The food is of an exceptionally high standard. All the staff are wonderful, so kind & caring towards residents and families, they deliver very high quality care. I was personally overjoyed and relieved when mum was confirmed as having a place at Oakbank. My mum is also so happy to be here. She loves the staff, her room, activities and all the cups of tea!! Thank you all so very much for caring for my mum.

Both my parents feel very happy, safe and secure at Oakbank. The staff are super-friendly and attentive and make them feel at home. The facilities are second to none - we enjoy using the cafe and walking in the lovely grounds. Overall, an excellent experience.

The Management can always be contacted if there are questions to which you require answers concerning your loved ones care. The building is exceptional, one could not wish for a better room for one's loved one to be staying in. The small cafe at the entrance is a very good idea, however, it could have been a little larger as it is so popular, especially as it is used for activities too. The gardens are an amazing bonus too. The nurses and carers show affection in addition to skilfull nursing.
