Every time we visit mum, we are greeted with a smile from staff and made welcome. Mum has been going out on trips, playing dominos with other residents and a regular at the cinema. What is nice to see is the carers know the resident.

When visiting my friend, all the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The home looks clean, and often there are quirky things (like incubating eggs) to add to the conversation during my visit. I hope the staff are as happy as they appear. Sometimes my friend smells because she is incontinent. :(

This was my first time visiting my granny and I was amazed both at the kindness and warmness of the staff, but also how well equipped and beautifully decorated the facility was. We spent some time in her room which was spacious and had everything needed to support my granny then had a lovely coffee in the cafe where we were made to feel very welcome. The garden area is great for my nephew to run around. I look forward to returning with my dog in the near future.
