Carey is a lifelong resident of Gravesend and brings a strong sense of community to her role as Deputy Manager. With 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector, she has developed a particular passion for dementia care. Carey holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dementia from the University of Hull. Her earlier career in the Civil Service, where she held management roles for over 20 years, adds to her leadership expertise.

Tammy brings nearly 12 years of experience in health and social care to her role as Business Admin Manager at Springwood Corner. She is passionate about supporting and welcoming individuals and their loved ones into the Springwood Corner family. Tammy is responsible for overseeing staffing, resident documentation, and the financial aspects of the company. She takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping create a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff. For Tammy, Springwood Corner feels like home—a place where everyone is treated like family.

Ami brings over 16 years of experience in health and social care to her role as Client Liaison Manager at Springwood Corner. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families through the process of choosing a care home, offering a person-centred approach and a friendly, knowledgeable presence. Ami is committed to making each transition into care as smooth and positive as possible.

Ben started his culinary career from the beginning in a care home kitchen and has since built a successful path in both the care and hospitality sectors. He holds a Level 2 qualification in Professional Hospitality and Catering and an NVQ Level 3 in leadership. Ben is passionate about creating nutritious, comforting meals that bring joy to residents. His approach blends traditional favourites with new flavours, always with a focus on quality and care.

Olesea brings a wealth of experience from both the hospitality and care sectors to her role as Head of Housekeeping. With over seven years in hotel housekeeping and laundry, followed by two years leading housekeeping in a care setting, she is dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Olesea is committed to creating a warm, respectful environment where residents feel truly at home.

Kenny joins Springwood Corner with 16 years of maintenance experience, specialising in health and social care environments. Since joining Avery Healthcare in 2018, he has supported over 15 care homes in a regional capacity. Kenny holds a degree in motor mechanics and is known for his technical skill, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed. His focus is on maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning home for all residents.
