Lynda is from Scotland, she has always worked in the private sector of healthcare predominately general nursing home. She was one of the first staff members in Swallowfield Gardens on its opening and will be celebrating 5 years with the company in 2025
Tracey's first experience of healthcare was when she joined Swallowfield Gardens. She is a great support worker who cares deeply for our service users. She has developed great relationships with the service users. Tracey will be celebrating 5 years with the company in 2025
Iggy is the homes activity coordinator he is responsible ensuring our service users have great personal experiences whilst in the home. He has great ideas and fully involves all the service users. He works closely with family's gaining history on their loved ones that enables him to develop bespoke activities for each of our service users.
Simon has been with Cuerden since 2021. He and his team work to develop new and exciting menus within the home, always discussing with the service users their preferences and likes. He constantly tries new things and looks forward to the feedback he receives
Samantha likes to be known as Sam, started with Cuerden care in 2020 when the home opened. She is there to support visiting families and professionals, but also supports the staff with any administrative issues. She always smiling and friendly.
