Tawny Manor is a brand-new care home in Orpington that opens its doors in summer 2027. The dedicated team will provide tailored, high-quality permanent residential, dementia and nursing care as well as short-term care for up to 74 older people.
Every bedroom is designed to provide a comfortable and stylish living space, with high-quality furnishings, individual décor, an en-suite bathroom, and a widescreen television. Residents are encouraged to add their own furniture, photographs and personal belongings to create a space that feels like home.
Many of the ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto beautifully landscaped, secure gardens. The home also offers a range of inviting communal facilities, including a café, hair and beauty salon, and a cosy cinema room where residents can relax and socialise.

Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply an agreed hourly charge for this service.
