Nicola is an experienced Administrator with over 20 years of service, including a background within the NHS. She has worked both as an Administrator and as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in operating theatres, giving her a well-rounded understanding of healthcare environments. Nicola is passionate about working in caring settings, where she can support others and contribute to making a positive difference.
Outside of work, Nicola likes spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys going on holiday and practising yoga, which helps her maintain a healthy work-life balance.

I am the Customer Relationship Manager with a background in healthcare management, sales, and marketing. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for delivering quality care and building meaningful relationships with clients and families. My experience across healthcare and customer-focused roles has helped me develop excellent communication and relationship-building skills, allowing me to support both clients and colleagues positively and professionally.
Outside of work, I am married with two children, Molly and Cameran, and I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I feel very fortunate to be part of a large, close-knit family. I also have a dog called Ted, who keeps me active and entertained. In my spare time, I enjoy walking, travelling, and learning new skills. I was also fortunate enough to spend four years living in Australia, where I had the opportunity to travel extensively and experience different cultures.
