Overall Experience

The staff consistently show kindness, patience, and genuine attention to both my mother's general wellbeing and medical needs. A particular strength is the effort made to include her in communal areas and daily activities, helping her remain socialised, engaged, and part of a friendly community environment, which has had a very positive impact on her happiness and wellbeing.

The quality and variety of the food is also excellent. Meals are nutritious, well prepared, and provide a good range of choice for residents.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the standard of care provided and very grateful for the dedication and professionalism shown by all the staff.

My grandmother settled well here and has a good rapport with two members of staff in particular. They both seem to look after her really well. She does like all the care home staff as well as office staff.

My mother was transferred here from hospital for respite and assessment. The place is warm, clean, and pleasant. The staff are friendly, efficient and polite. My mother (who is 92) has gained weight whilst being here, she is happy and settled and has expressed a wish to stay. I am more than happy for her to stay.

The care my mother has received from Victory Socialcare has been exemplary. The ladies come to her home every day to assist her getting up and showered, making her breakfast if she requires them to. They take great care of her and she loves them very much. The manager is always available to contact if necessary and invoices on time each month.

In May 2019, one of my relatives was sent here from hospital to receive his last care. What makes us happy about the centre is how clean it is and the staff, they are there to help and support the patients.

I would love to give 100/100 - the best care service in Hull.
