A secure, walled garden provides a peaceful outdoor retreat where individuals can relax, spend time in nature and feel at ease.
The Vine Lodge team follows a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach, working closely with specialists, families and other key partners to ensure every resident enjoys a fulfilling and meaningful life. PBS is a person-centred, evidence-based method used to understand the reasons behind behaviours that challenge. By identifying what someone needs and what influences their behaviour, they can tailor support that improves wellbeing, enhances independence and reduces the likelihood of distress or challenging situations occurring.

This is a lovely clean upto date care home . Which they cater for all my loved one's complex Health and social care needs .The staff are always on hand to meet my loved one's needs . They are always polite and helpful.The managers is very supportive and friendly. One never has to worry Because your loved one is always in very good hands. The rooms are clean and spacious with furniture which is safe and suits the clients needs. There is a spacious open plan kitchen and living room area. Followed by a Sensory room for my loved one to use .The residents have the support of one to one staff. And a lovely garden and easy access to Uxbridge by London transport nearby.. It is a lovely environment with a lot of greenery.

With over seven years of experience in complex care, Vida has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. She currently serves as the Home Manager at Vine Lodge in Uxbridge, where she is leading the commissioning of a new, person-centred service designed to empower residents and promote independence.
Before joining Vine Lodge, Vida managed a well-established learning disability care home, where she developed a reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate care and building strong, trusting relationships with both residents and their families.
Vida’s journey into complex care began long before her professional career. Growing up as a carer for her disabled brother gave her a deep, personal understanding of the emotional and physical challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, as well as the concerns and hopes of their families. This lived experience continues to shape her approach to care, allowing her to connect meaningfully with those she supports and advocate for their needs with empathy and insight.
Vida holds a Level 5 NVQ in Healthcare Management and is passionate about creating environments where people feel safe, respected, and empowered to live fulfilling lives. At Vine Lodge, her goal is to build a service that offers genuine choice, celebrates individuality, and fosters independence, ensuring every person who lives there feels valued and supported.
