Vine Lodge

With over seven years of experience in complex care, Vida has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. She currently serves as the Home Manager at Vine Lodge in Uxbridge, where she is leading the commissioning of a new, person-centred service designed to empower residents and promote independence.

Before joining Vine Lodge, Vida managed a well-established learning disability care home, where she developed a reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate care and building strong, trusting relationships with both residents and their families.

Vida’s journey into complex care began long before her professional career. Growing up as a carer for her disabled brother gave her a deep, personal understanding of the emotional and physical challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, as well as the concerns and hopes of their families. This lived experience continues to shape her approach to care, allowing her to connect meaningfully with those she supports and advocate for their needs with empathy and insight.

Vida holds a Level 5 NVQ in Healthcare Management and is passionate about creating environments where people feel safe, respected, and empowered to live fulfilling lives. At Vine Lodge, her goal is to build a service that offers genuine choice, celebrates individuality, and fosters independence, ensuring every person who lives there feels valued and supported.
