My mother has been a resident at Wimborne Manor since March 2026. Elizabeth has received excellent care and her every need is met. The home goes above and beyond any expectations I had of residential care. For example, my mother was not able to attend my niece's wedding in August, so immediate family members gathered a few weeks later to celebrate with Elizabeth. The effort Wimborne Manor staff went to, to make this such a special occasion was overwhelming. The garden lounge was festooned with wedding decorations, and in the garden too, a Mr & Mrs sign had been specially erected. The sumptuous buffet was as delicious as the cuisine there is, consistently, and a magnificent wedding cake too! The buffet was so generous it would have catered for more than twice the number. Elizabeth had been dressed in the tartan outfit that she had been planning to wear at the actual wedding, her nails freshly manicured and painted. Attention to every detail given and implemented with such love and care.

My Dad has been a resident at Wimborne manor for nearly 6 months and during that time he has received such brilliant care from the whole team. The care home is always exceptionally clean and welcoming, and it genuinely feels more like a hotel than a care home. The staff are friendly, caring and always make my family and me feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We are incredibly grateful to all the staff at Wimborne Manor for the care, kindness and compassion they show my Dad.
I would highly recommend Wimborne Manor to anyone looking for a really high standard of care for their loved one.

Mum viewed home with me & liked the feel & style of the home which was a great relief. In May she became a permanent resident & she has a room on the ground floor overlooking the road as she likes to "people watch". The home moved a table, sun umbrella & chairs to outside the patio door so she can fully enjoy the sunshine. From day 1, Lisa & team (gorgeous girlies) have treated my mother with respect & kindness. They make her smile & are often found having a chat with both of us. Nothing is too much trouble & the whole team from the lady doing the laundry to the maintenance man Martin - just fabulous. Her room is now "like home" so a huge relief for me. Why look elsewhere???

My mother moved into Wimborne Manor in late December 2025, and our experience has been excellent from the very beginning. The staff were extremely welcoming and made both my mother and our family feel comfortable and reassured. The facilities are exceptionally clean and tidy, with an atmosphere that feels more like a high-quality hotel than a care home. The food is very good, always nicely prepared, and there is a wide variety of activities available, including regular excursions and internal entertainment. Additional services such as hairdressing and chiropody can also be arranged, which is a great convenience. Most importantly, the level of care provided has been outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the kindness, professionalism, and support they have shown my mother. I would highly recommend Wimborne Manor to anyone looking for a caring, welcoming, and well-managed care home.
