Yewtree Grange Care Centre

I am very satisfied with the care Joe is given at Yew Tree. He has progressed since he moved there in June and walks up and down with his walker, seems very content.

Our friend has been in yew tree for 6 months no and his mobility and condition has improved incredibly he is encouraged to move and not just sit like other homes he's been in he's happy always clean and dry. And eating more than previously did. There are always plenty of staff around who know him well and are very helpful and welcoming. The management are always there to help answer any questions and their communication on any issues or requirements have been brilliant.

We are very fortunate that my brother-in-law has been found a place in Yewtree Grange. My first visit, October this year, I was very impressed with the room, the facilities and the staff. All my questions were answered fully and nothing seemed too much trouble. Easy parking, a safe environment, clean and light which is really good for all residents. The level of care and the respect shown to residents and visitors is excellent. My brother-in-law enjoys his food and we're told he eats well! I look forward to my next visit. I'm not from the area so rely on communication with the staff via phone or email. This is always good.

The home has opened recently and has very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The carers are fantastic and work very hard to ensure the residents are being well looked after. The level of care is outstanding and would highly recommend Yew Tree Grange.

Hard to find any complaints.

Being the first person in this new home, my husband has been well looked after, the staff are all lovely, the food is really good. I did ask if there could be extra staff and this has been put in place.
