Sandringham court is an old and tired building in desperate need of renovation. Rats present in garden area, manager rarely available, advertise activities and chiropody on website, none done by Anchor. Residents family organize bingo and chiropody. Assisted bathroom out of order for 18 months.. regularly complain to management all to no avail.
