Located in Upton, Northampton, The Hawthorns is a residential retirement village offering secure accommodation for people of retirement age. At The Hawthorns, residents can live as independently as possible with the option of assisted living if they need a little extra help.
The village boasts adjoining open fields which residents can look out on, knowing that they are safe and cared for from the comfort of their rooms or the spacious living areas. Residents can also enjoy lovely outside spaces, a bar area for socialising or enjoying a quiet drink, and a salon for some TLC.
At The Hawthorns, there is one all-inclusive price. This one price will cover everything (exclusive of assisted living costs) so residents can enjoy their time relaxing, safe in the knowledge that there are no hidden fees or extras.
Where assisted living is required, The Hawthorns will put residents in touch with a number of trusted, local care providers. After an assessment of their needs, residents can choose the care provider which best suits them, ensuring they have full control and autonomy of their care provision.

I am living here for two months as my home was flooded and I cannot live there until the problem has been resolved.

My apartment here is beautiful, clean and modern and the wet room is a dream. I very much like the idea of this independent living, but with all meals included, and tea, coffee and juice easily available all day.The public rooms are also gorgeous and the Staff are a joy - from the Managers to the staff in the Dining room to the Wellbeing team to Housekeeping, everyone just makes you feel welcome and special, and visiting friends are welcomed in exactly the same way ! I cannot stress how much being here, comfortable and happy, has helped me with my situation.
