Haven't got a bad word for Daniels Care Home. Room is well-appointed, staff are friendly and professional, care and support are given. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.

Richard Newcombe Court is not being run as a care home in my opinion. I have been here as a resident for the last 4 months and I have had no heating! The independent care providers within the setting are rude and reluctant to help you. The food has deteriorated over the last 6 weeks and i have thrown many meals in the bin. Someone should take responsibility...
