Wonderful staff and overall great place to live. Only complaint is that the lift has been out of order many times this year. I live on the 4th floor and struggle to use the stairs as I have 2 slipped discs, spinal stenosis and sciatica. Last week I had a grocery delivery which I had to carry up myself. I also have COPD and was struggling to breathe...

All the staff and management are very caring, supportive and understanding to my Dad's needs. They give good advice, even when he's been in and out of hospital. Dad has currently lived at Rowen Croft for the past 5 years, which as his daughter I've been very satisfied with him care and support, despite Dad slowly becoming less capable and needing more...
