Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5
Richard Newcombe Court is not being run as a care home in my opinion. I have been here as a resident for the last 4 months and I have had no heating! The independent care providers within the setting are rude and reluctant to help you. The food has deteriorated over the last 6 weeks and i have thrown
many meals in the bin. Someone should take responsibility for this place.
