When I moved into The Meadows Dec 24 I was surprised by the greeting and the initial settling in was very good. The carers and staff were and still are very conciderate and helpful. I find the facilities in general very good.

She was in respite at Grit Care Home from the 6th of August to the 23rd of August and she had a great time. She did different activities every day both indoors and outdoors. Sandringham court is an old and tired building in desperate need of renovation. Rats present in garden area, manager rarely available, advertise activities and chiropody on website, none done by Anchor. Residents family organize bingo and chiropody. Assisted bathroom out of order for 18 months.. regularly complain to management all to no avail.
