Maple Tree House Apartments have been designed to offer luxurious accommodation specifically for the elderly.

These spacious apartments are ideal for couples or persons who require the reassurance, security and back up of a care home, without having to enter a communal living setting. Having all utility bills (including council tax) taken care of as well as internal and external maintenance worries which are associated with homeownership in senior Years.

As the apartments are ideally located within the grounds of Rayners, although totally independent, emergency assistance is never far away. All apartments have smoke detection system and all areas of the apartments are served by a comprehensive, but easy to use emergency call facility. This enables the resident to have speech contact with Rayners, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Unlike traditional 'sheltered' housing this call is direct to a trained member of the care team who is on-site and is able to action the necessary response. In addition to this support, the care team will visit regularly to check that residents are coping with their daily needs.
